My 15 year old son had a cold, so my husband called ahead to ask if a rollaway was available. The woman at the front desk indicated that she would switch our room to accommodate the request, so my son could have his own bed. She was very friendly. We arrived at the hotel near midnight (after a long day at a dance competition). Others were arriving at the same time because they'd come from Disneyland. The man at the front desk was VERY rude and said that we couldn't have the rollaway or room that would've accommodated it. We got the LAST parking spot (and a car was over the line). My husband had to crawl out of the car. There were desperate cars circling the parking lot as we unloaded our bags. We ordered Pizza Hut, and the man at the front desk was SO rude to the most friendly Door Dash driver. The beds are super hard (which I would normally never complain about, but the service was so poor that I thought I should mention it). Right outside our room an outlet had black char around it, which made us very nervous to use the outlets.

Great stay! Would totally recommend staying here. We stayed here predominantly as it was within walking distance of Disneyland, but still good value for money. We were really pleasantly surprised and would stay here again in future. Hotel very clean and modern, room a great size and beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning unit works well and a good sized pool is outside. Staff all lovely and housekeeping do a great job. Disneyland a straightforward 15 minute walk from hotel and lots of good food options nearby as well. Easy enough to grab Ubers to/from.

We stayed at Suncoast while on our recent trip to Disney, and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! They were accommodating in changing our room to a room with a tub versus shower only upon arrival, the hotel was approximately a 10-15 minute walk to Disney security lines or a $6 ride share ride away, the room was extremely clean, we had the outdoor pool and hot tub to ourselves most days after the park, and they had outside games (ping pong, corn hole, connect) as well. We didn't try out the restaurant on property because we mainly ate at the parks, Downtown Disney, Garden Walk, or Door Dashed food, but it seemed like they offered various options there in their restaurant (no complimentary breakfast though). They also had a neat little robot we saw going around the hotel that could deliver items to your room. We felt very safe at this hotel and barely came across people on the almost straight shot walk to the parks, and when we did, it was other families also heading to the park. Overall, we would definitely return to this location!

Walk to Disneyland! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and roomy. After the kids in the next room (not ours) finally fell asleep and quit fussing we could relax and get some rest!

Great stay! It is close enough to Disney to walk, but far enough away from all the crowds. The Garden Walk is right across the street with many dining options. The pool and hot tub were great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also super great and helpful. I loved that they had bag storage for the day of checkout too!

We liked the proximity to Disneyland and that there was a pool and hot tub. Hotel also had a ping pong table and other games to play outside. Water bottle filling station available on the main floor and a little store.

Our room had a lot of space and was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to Disneyland and we felt safe around our hotel.
The only big negative we had was that we could get no cell phone or WiFi service on our phone in our room. This made it difficult to plan and connect each day.

Room was super clean & smelled amazing ! Hotel staff was very welcoming when I arrived the hotel in general smells so so good ! They accommodated with our early check in and later check out !

Everything about the stay was great. We were there for a Disneyland trip, and for the price it’s a very good hotel! It’s about a 15 minute maximum walk to Disneyland. There’s a bar/restaurant there with decent food and drinks, and if you would like to get out there’s places just a block or two away as well. The pool and especially the hot tub were great. My only real complaint was the shower, it’s a partition glass that’s only half there, with no door, so water will sprinkle out onto the bathroom floor. I also had a small issue with the deadbolt popping open when I would leave the room, so I had to make sure to hold the door handle to make sure it closed properly. Otherwise, great stay!

Meeting Family at Disney, had everything I needed and easy walk. They put me in a room away from freeway noise so, I can’t speak to that. The hallway noise outside the room can get loud but would subside at night. I have stayed all around the Disneyland park at all levels of hotels and so far this has been my favorite outside of the Grand Californian 😉. I will stay here next time I come for sure!

I will not be staying here again. Although its a beautiful hotel and very clean, they tacked on a extra $30 charge for the bar which we did not touch. As well as an extra $50 for parking because they said we went over the time alotted. First of all, I didn't even know we were paying for parking! 2nd we got late check out which we appreciated, but if that results in a late fee for parking, they should let guests KNOW THAT at the time of asking for late checkout. Disappointing but they are way overpriced anyway.

Overall this spot is good and within walking distance of Disneyland. The location was clean around the outside but the parking fee is pretty expensive but at least safe.
The main cons were the sheets had what looked to be fresh blood stains on them as well as the complimentary laundry machine was disgusting.
I would still plan on coming here again due to the convenience of being near the parks.
