The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was amazing with both shower and bathtube. The breakfast was cooked on the moment, and the chefs would cook for you additional stuff if you asked for vegetarian or vegan options.

The room is spacious .The bathroom is great especially I like the rain shower head. I enjoyed it very much.. The bedding is soft and comfortable.. Breakfast is great. Enjoyed different kinds of local food. The staff is very friendly and service is great. The location of the hotel is very close to the major subway line.. making travel very easy n conveniencem.

After reading the good reviews about its space and balcony, we booked a 25m room for more space. However our room looks like a standard hotel room and we did not get a balcony. It would be helpful to put into the hotel booking description which are the rooms that has a balcony. We had to rearranged the room to accommodate our 2 large luggage bags to be easily accessible and yet out of the way for a walking area. After that was sorted out we did enjoyed our stay here. Housekeeping was great. The room floorboard was clean. The huge king bed was comfortable and clean. It is bigger than a standard king sized bed. The bedding were top-notch. The toilet and towels were clean. The toilet seat was heated and fitted with electronic bidet’s selections. Drinks were provided free in the room. And a fantastic 24 hours free coffee, sparkling water, and snacks station is available at the lobby. Love their good coffees and sparkling water!! The breakfast was good and sufficient. The chefs cooked a different variety every day. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. The Da’an metro station was only a 5-minutes walk away, passing the high school field. Taxis were easily available too. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good stay.

Small hotel with well equipped room and friendly staff. I was staying at their standard room , so it's a bit small but the room is comfortable especially the washroom, with hot and powerful shower, electric toilet seat and thermo ventilator. Location is central but really quiet at night, there's a 1960 bus to and from Taoyuan airport just 3 min walk away from hotel. Breakfast is also decent in Taiwan standard. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again next time.

Receptionists were very friendly. Nice and clean room. Walkable to Da’an Station and Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. Complimentary breakfast offered variety of foods, including Chinese and Western.

The hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and couldn’t check into our room but the manager upgraded us to a room we could check into early. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. Only compliant if that the AC doesn’t get as cool as you would like it despite setting the thermostat to 25C (felt more like 28C).

All the staff gave very good service at all times. We were greeted every time when we leave and return to the hotel. Although there was a bar just below the hotel, we totally experienced very peaceful time throughout our 1 week stay except for some occasional sounds from the room next door. The metro station is within minutes walk away and there are ample parking lots just around the hotel area.

A very nice and quiet area at night yet it’s very easy to get around the city. The Da’an district has many nice restaurant and bars around. The hotel staffs are very polite, kind and helpful through the stay.

Overall enjoyable stay and would stay there again. The room was nice with newer furniture, unique shower and bath fixtures, and plenty of space. One of my favorite hotel bathrooms. The bed was on the firmer side than I’d prefer. However please note this is a personal preference of someone coming from the U.S. who’s used to softer beds. Convenient location with MRT station nearby. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Only con is the backyard is a school. I could hear yelling from kids/teens.

Chez Nous has become one of my favorite boutique hotel since my last visit in 2018, and I was finally able to return in 2022. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in freezing some food to bring back home to share with my family. I would like to particularly recognize Miko, who was very helpful from the beginning of my stay and even had my room ready early when I arrived early that day for check-in. I will definitely come back to stay at Chez Nous in the future when I visit Taipei, thanks to their fantastic customer service.

Lovely chic hotel a few minutes walk to have a great view of the fireworks from Taipei 101! The interiors are modern and wisely designed. It’s in a quiet street area also with a track and field beside it that is very accessible if you wish to do some run workouts

Chez Nous Hotel is truly a 5-star hotel and this is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Taiwan. The hotel is very clean and well-decorated. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and they do their level best to provide a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable stay at their hotel to their guests. The hotel is located in a quiet yet accessible area and Daan subway station could be easily reached within 5 minutes walk. Their restaurant provides made-to-order, nutritious, well-presented and tasty food for breakfast and you will have a refreshing morning and energetic day after having breakfast at their restaurant. In conclusion, the overall experience for me to stay at Chez Nous Hotel is extremely good and I can feel that this hotel is putting huge amount effort on delivering the most comfortable, enjoyable and memorable accommodation experiences to their guests. I would definitely like to come back and stay at this hotel again and highly recommend the travellers who have never stayed at this hotel to come and try staying at this nice hotel.

Chef will ask us which style the egg we want eg. Scramble egg, sunny shine egg etc. He will make for us immediately. It is other hotel won’t be provide. My trip choose Chez Nous hotel exactly Is right choice. Highly highly to recommend to others if go to Taipei. Will see them next year.
