The room smelled badly and we had to call the reception for air spray. Breakfast experience was not up to the mark with respect to taste.

No person to help with the bags . A month ago I had asked for extra bed which he staff said we can request once we check in . Upon check in they said there is no option of extra bed. Not many toileteries given . Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Comfortable rooms with on-suite bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi. Highly recommend the hotel.

Wow, it was an amazing stay, staff are so good. Mohankumar, Finance Manager even dropped my colleague who didn't get taxis on time, to reach the airport, when my colleague just waived a hand. It was late evening and Mohan gave his personal time. Thanks Mohankumar.

One of the worst experiences ever . My advise to people who want to stay here - don’t expect any kind of service in your room. No one helps you with out multiple reminders , be it water , room slippers anything God save you if you wish food in your room !! I stayed 2 nights and both the times my order was forgotten!! Never happened in any place till now !!! Once is happenstance , don’t know what you call if it’s done for the second time !!!

This is a average business hotel. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The rest can be accepted for the price. TV Volume was deliberately kept so low that you have to sit really close to watch.

Very small room no space to move around bathroom is very small. Not wotrth for the amount what we paid.

The rooms are tiny and definitely not large enough for two people. There isn't even enough room to set down two suitcases. Service and other amenities are what are to be expected of a typical business hotel.

Good location . Hospitality is excellent.Front desk handlers- Sujitra, Shourab were great. The man in Sharad who with his able team members- Priya, Bala, Senthil with their ever smiling face took care of the guests with aplomb. Over all coordinator Venugopal was very helpful.
