Hotel was friendly, but the hotel room had a lot of broken items. There was no breakfast included and it was 14.99 for each person to eat. Will not stay again.

Front was very busy at check in there was 1 lady checking in, answering phones, welcoming gueats back from a Dallas cowboys game, and also fighting computer problems. She was super sweet and gave everyone her best while they had her attention. Beds and ahower were a standout. Really comfortable

Shuttle never showed up after we called and they said it was on its way. 20 mins later we called again and they said it was at airport. 20 mins after that we called and they said it would be 2 hours until they got to us. In the end we took an Uber, and we’re not reimbursed. We were given voucher to the bar for part compensation, but less than the Uber cost.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and in good condition. Only drawback was that the pool wasn’t heated.

The plumbing was really bad. Not sure if it was just my room or the whole building. The pipes made a pinging noise at night. The toilet barely flushed. A clean and functioning restroom is a basic expectation.

A/C has a musty mildew smell, beds are as hard as a rock. Could hear the neighbor all night long watching tick-tock in the bathroom.

$12 (plus tax) per night, per vehicle on-site "airport" parking. I believe online it says 8 to 10 dollars per night and when I asked the front desk, they said the price went up. Don't be a minute late for the airport transfer, they will leave you. :) Not the most friendly employees, from front desk, to bartender. Clean, spacious rooms.

This room was booked for two of our employees traveling to this area after working all day in Abilene. The reservation was made around 10 p.m., and they arrived around 3:00 a.m. They were informed the room was unavailable because they did not show up. They needed a place to sleep until they could pick up materials in Coppell a few hours later. After my husband spoke with the person on the phone, they eventually let them have the room.

Not as clean as I would have hoped in the bathroom but everything else is nice. Unfortunately we came during a convention with a lot of younger people. Most were on the same floor. Bit loud but again not too horrible.

I've stayed here several times in the past few years, and up until now have enjoyed every stay. And the staff is still great. But my room (602) had a strong odor of mold or mildew coming from the shower. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the water coming from the sink, shower, and filling the toilet bowl was milky white.
And even more alarming, the pool water was sickly yellow-green the day I arrived for the Fourth of July family event, and by the time I had left, the pool water had turned lime green. There were no signs warning people that the water was (obviously) unsafe and unchlorinated.
It was disgusting, and even employees were commenting on it.
I liked this place, and I like the staff, but I won't soon stay here again.

Property was well kept, rooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Staff was really friendly. The hotel is a bit isolated, so if you are staying as a layover, be prepared not to really leave the hotel unless you Uber around. Also note the waters (just regular bottle of Aquafina) are $6 a bottle! Eek. Didn’t realise until I got my bill end of stay.

The front desk staff are not friendly or welcoming. The early morning front desk Agent the morning of our departures, looked as if she just rolled out of bed. Sweatshirt pj like pants, hair a mess and zero energy or smile. The clerk upon arrival was curt and appeared out by our request to change rooms, due to noise. The room- ANTS. Advised FD to exterminate because the ants seemed more comfortable they we were. Sadly this Four Points is boring on Motel status.

tried to cancel my stay on the phone but was on hold for 20 minutes and when I spoke to the representative, she said I have the wrong department. I took my bags to my room but did not stay in the hotel. I tried telling the staff I was leaving at 11:30pm but she was busy. I took a card but couldn’t ever get to the front desk. I was in rm 612 and this is Larry Cross

This was the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. It was extremely clean. The carpet and furniture looked new and well taken care of. Loved that there were full size soap and shower items. This will be our go to hotel when we’re in that area.
