Nice little spot for a weekend get away, they are updating the property with cottages and other rooms.
This is a great spot between the wineries and the falls. The staff very friendly and helpful.

It was relaxing and.quiet!

More of what we would call a motel. Outdated, no amenities, bathroom tile a bit questionable. To be fair, this is a resort area and our trip was not summer.

Need a luggage rack & also coat rack

Everything was more than appropriate, just that there was some type of construction going on directly in front of the building. Also, the angled parking spaces are not conducive for backing out and exiting the property, since they are angled away from the only entrance/exit that can be accessed. Everything else was great, and I would stay again.

We were able to check in early and unload our car and then visit wineries and dinner without having to break into our day. Rooms have been remodeled and are huge. The view of Seneca Lake from tge shared balcony is beautiful. The road to the Inn was paved while we visited, so it's very nice. Their entrance driveway is intimidating; not something that I'd like to drive on snow/ice. Our room didn't have a clothes rack; we assume it will be installed soon. They made sure we had plenty of clean towels. The water was hot and the pressure good in the sink, but the shower head/diverter should be replaced for a better shower experience. We would definitely stay here again. It looks like they are continuing upgrades, which is nice to see. Great value! They don't really have a breakfast, but the coffee is good, prepackaged muffins, fresh apples and bananas, and boxed juice. There are great diners not far away for great breakfasts. As a friend said, "this is a pre breakfast".

Bare bones motel, but it was clean and bed was comfortable, great view. The price was right. Mini fridge and Microwave in the king room that we had. Not really walking distance to town, 2 miles to the middle of town but close enough to good restaurants, wineries, shops and the main entrance to Watkins Glen State park (which was awesome). The only downside to this place was the ridiculously steep and not well maintained driveway. If you have a large vehicle, RV, motorcycle you won’t like it! There was construction going on of new units behind the existing motel, but did not affect us at all. Cute Tiki bar/pub across the street.

The parking was a 20 degree angle up and on a motorcycle it was intimidating. Made the wife walk up the first time up and down, the second time went down and back up no problem. We were there on a Tuesday so the nearest open dining was about 3/4 miles away. Otherwise a great place clean and friendly the staff and other guests. I will definitely stay again!

Our room was very clean and the service was excellent. However, by the time we had breakfast or the options that you had there at the facility had run out at 8:30 AM. The lady at the hostess desk told us there would be breakfast out the day before, how I anticipated, having even a muffin or some fruit. But they were all gone.

Great location not far from the town of Watkins Glen but not really walkable. Lovely large balcony overlooking the lake. Tiki bar closed for the season. Large trucks passing throughout the day heading to Salt Mill down the road. Be prepared to drive your car up a very steep hill to park. No real breakfast as such when we were there, just coffee and muffins. The only thing we didn't really like were the beds, not really our kind of mattresses (Tempur style). Also pillows very hard so taking your own may be a good idea.

The staff were very helpful. They gave us the "scoop" on some amazing restaurants and coffee shops.
The room was affordable, comfortable, and had an amazing view!

I liked the room, it was quaint. Only about a 2 minute drive to get to town which was perfect. The Tiki Bar was amazing and really nice to be able to walk to from our room! Only few downsides were i could hear our neighbors, the walls were a bit thin. Our fridge was loud with almost a dripping type soind and i personaly wasnt a fan if a fully share balconey will all the rooms on our side. Minor things in the grand scheme! Otherwise absolutely lovely and friendly staff so warm and welcoming and the room was nice and well kept

We booked this for a busy race weekend. We immediately noticed an extremely pungent smell, almost like something had been rotting for weeks. My husband took his shoes off and noticed that the carpet was damp. We couldn’t stay in this room. We found a room elsewhere and returned the next morning to inform them of the issues.
After explaining the problem, we learned the previous guests also complained of a smell in this room (room 15). They said they deep cleaned and let it air out before our stay. They immediately deep-cleaned the room again so they could rent it out that night. We were told the manager would call us. No one called. We had to call multiple times over a few days to speak to the manager.
The manager (Christian) made us feel like we were somehow at fault because we arrived after hours. He said they would refund us for the remaining nights since they filled the room, but hinted that they didn’t want to refund us for the first night because they could lose profit. He was supposed to call us back a week ago, but never did. The charge didn’t process, so we gave up on ever hearing from them.
The entire experience was mind-boggling. We travel often, we have reasonable expectations and do our best to be kind, especially in unfavorable circumstances, but nothing about this experience was okay. Be warned, if you choose to stay here.

We stayed two nights, the rooms are small, dated but very clean, we sit on the shared porch to view the lake. The only negative thing I can about it is the large beautiful dog that runs freely in the office/lobby area. I have a fear of dogs plus an allergy so I would not go in. They do have some small cottages up behind that looked very nice with good views of the lake as well.

Property was facing Seneca Lake facing so enjoyed the sunrise view over the lake. Enjoyed the live music at the tiki bar, they had boat rentals so had fun riding the boat at Seneca lake and enjoyed the sunset.

My stay was good overall, staff was very informative, polite, helpful, pleasant.
The carpet was quite dirty, washroom is large, but lack of shelving to put our personal toiletries. No coat/towel hook, no tower rack, i need to hang my wet towel on the handrails of this handicap washroom, no small complimentary soap, shampoo or conditioner. I hope the drive wayup to the inn, should have done a better job. Very conveniently located by the town, beautiful scenery of the lake, enjoying.
I do recommend this location, if you do not mind the above small details.

The hill to get to the property is crazy. The room was dusty but otherwise clean enough. I rented the room for the bar and breakfast. Breakfast is not what you think it is, prepacked muffins and coffee. The bar closes off season because it is not attached to the hotel. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.
