Perfectly situated mid cape motel. Everything was spotless and new . I was very happy with everything!!! Such a cute spot with a beach feel . Pet friendly as well

This place was a total disappointment. The unit was WAY smaller than pictured. Be careful that you aren’t looking at the 3 bedroom unit they have, most of their advertisement pictures are for that unit. All the other ones are tiny, the TV is smaller than a laptop screen, no coffee, microwave or tea kettle in the bedroom. I am In the hospitality industry myself and that is the bare minimum to offer guests. The place is in the middle of nowhere and EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. Don’t recommend it for more than a couple of days; and definitely not if you have kids. The positive was the friendly gal at the front desk!

Very clean and comfortable room. Contacted everyday by staff to be sure I had everything that I would need. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I often visit family on the Cape and stay in motels along Route 28. But this place on Route 6A is quieter and more peaceful. Loved it! There’s a fish and chip shop a few doors down, and the bay is a five-minute drive. Spotless rooms with a boutiquey vibe—super cute motel.

Had a great stay at Kingfisher Lodging. The rooms were tastefully renovated with great updates. Area was quiet and the property had a great pool. The rooms were extremely clean and check in was done via text which was nice. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location with extremely clean rooms and wonderful upgrades. Convenient location to Mayflower beach and good restaurants. The area was very quiet at night which was perfect for us. Loved that the rooms opened directly to the outside and the easy contactless check-in via text message. The woman we saw managing the place was very friendly and the owner was a riot. We definitely recommend this motel.

Property was great. Super clean rooms, wonderfully updated rooms and the bathroom was better than the one at my house! The staff was wonderful during my short interactions with them and the contactless check-in was perfect and such a great idea during these times. Also, there's no key to potentially lose. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cape Cod.

We actually found bed bugs on the bed and though they weren’t big, there were a few. We slept in our car and didn’t let owners know till the morning as it was late when discovered. When we saved some to show it to them, and ask if perhaps he would consider a partial refund, the old man bangs the table twice and angrily tells me to go to the ER to show him evidence they were from this motel. He also looked me up and down and tells me I look like someone who could bring bedbugs into his hotel! And he asks me how fast I can leave the premise. Wow. Here I was concerned about his short seasonal business and the implications it might bring to have to deal with this, and he did not deal with us gracefully and was extremely rude and accusatory, turning it around saying we brought it in!

The room we stayed in was very clean. Due to covid everything was contactless so that worked well. We recieved a text message when our room was ready along with a code to get in. The only downside was that it smelled a bit musty (but also was very humid outside) and the beds were not the most comfortble. I do have terrible allergies and they were not bothered at all staying here. We would stay again.

The place was clen and modernized! However AC unit was very load! Didn't care for the smoking outside our door late at night because thats where the bench were the were sitting and chatting! And smelling the ash tray bucket when you opened up the door!Only a 2 night stay..

The couple that I met and and were talking care of hotel they were very friendly 870$ for four nights for a dirty room with a very noisy window ac is too much. It seems like they haven’t heard about coronavirus, we found chips and chips bag on the floor behind the bed, hair and dust.My wife used a towel and a disinfectant spray I had in my car to clean the floor, the towel from white became brown.

Check in was easy. I called to let them know that I would be there after check in time. He left the key in the door and the wifi information on the bed. The room is small but sufficient. For the TV types, the TV is small but I didnt go to Cape Cod to watch TV. The only complaint I could give is that the bathroom and towels could have been cleaner. The towels appeared to have some stains that gave the appearance that they were not clean, which gave me an uneasy feeling. The bathroom floor and shower also felt like they could have had a deeper clean and not just a wipe down. All in all, it was a nice place and with a little extra cleaning it would be a great place!

The best part was very nice staff working at the front desk. Its rather basic motel-style hotel and the air conditioner gets quite noisy, but owners seem to be making the best with what they have and the location is good.

We were fortunate to find a room with just a few hours notice on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend, never mind one that would accept our 70 lb. dog. The room was good sized and clean, and the windows actually opened! Theres a small (cube) fridge that will hold a few drinks.Towels were, ah, thin, and were set up for only two guests so if you had 4 sharing the 2-double bed room you would have had to ask for more.The pool wasnt open.The lodging itself is pretty centrally located in Dennis.
