The pool and tub were dirty. Pool was cloudy.. Hot Tub had a lot of bubbles with what looked like dirt on it …

Clean and easily accessible. Thankful for staff working the holiday. Heater in room 310 had a VERY noisy fan. So had to keep the temp down otherwise it kept us up night.

I was disappointed that there appeared to be an on-site restaurant which really was more of a glorified cafeteria and no decent dining close. The room was clean and comfortable and not noisy which was good.

Really nice place. Clean, updated, friendly staff. Nice bathrooms and pillows. Close to where we needed to be. Starbucks and lots of restaurants nearby. We had loud neighbors who kept us up so I guess the walls are thin but that was a bummer. Also could hear a lot of interstate traffic when trying to sleep so make sure the A/C fan is on continuous to help drown out the noise. Beds were like super ultra firm. Didn’t get great sleep but the place was nice overall.

The pool/hot tub was kind of dirty and not kept up with. Our room smelled of a lot of cleaning chemicals or the bedding was washed in something funky. Wall with the window on it, looked like it wasn't finished being painted.

Bathroom door needs to be trimmed at bottom (room 421) hits tile and won’t allow it to fully open or close, toilet paper holder broken

The rooms were clean, nice and contemporary. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was limited with irregular hours and menu. Overall, a great and quiet experience… close to the mall and restaurants.

Refrigerator did not work properly and the guests were loud and obnoxious late at night .

The whole hotel was very dirty. The beds had trash under them and looked like they haven’t been vacuumed for a long time. The pool had a chemical film over it with there being ants and trash throughout the pool area.

Room had a gap under doors which let sound travel between room/hallway and room/room.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was nice and pretty clean. The shower did have some mold around the bottom of it and the floor could have been vacuumed better. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was very cold though. Lol The staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Given the low guest numbers, guests should be spaced out. There’s no reason for rooms to be booked side by side. Our first night was fine, the second night someone booked immediately next to us. They were loud, hammering on doors, up until 6am.

Hotel was nice but no hot tea in the rooms - when my husband asked for some at the front desk, they said to go buy the tea at Starbucks - if you are going to have coffee in the rooms you should also provide tea upon request
