I don’t have anything bad to say or any complaints. We stayed on the Homes side of the hotel. I did peek into another room and saw they had a burner which I didn’t know was an option. If I stay here again I’ll definitely ask for one. It was close to anything we needed. Breakfast on the weekends didn’t end until 10 but 9 during the week. We didn’t know so we missed breakfast Monday and had to go get something.

Upon our very late, middle of the night arrival we were greeted with a very pleasant staff member who check us in and provided us with welcome gifts. Our room was very clean and neat. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Murfreesboro.

Staff was excellent! The room & bathroom were very clean. Would highly recommend!

Check in was slow. Stinky garbage piled on top of hall garbage can when I checked in was still there when I checked out. $25 pre charge for incidentals cheapens the experience. Furnishings poorly made. Nice looking building entrance. Shower was pretty good. Not enough to overcome the overall poor experience.

Google map never shows exact turn. First time i have to drive around to find it. Then everytime i have to make myself reminded.

All the games in the lobby were great, good selection of drinks & snacks. Great breakfast selection. Very roomie rooms.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room, and whole hotel, was clean. I've been traveling a long time and I still can't get used to the post Covid world where your room doesn't get made up every day. Please bring that back. I'm now retired and would really appreciate the breakfast being offered until 11:00.

Very good customer service, large room with a full kitchen and lots of counter space, a small outdoor pool, and nice amenities. The bed was not cushy, just standard, the air conditioner was loud, and the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl (weird). Those are the only negatives, but none would deter me from another stay at this location.

Huge room, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, blackout curtain, comfy bed, nice area!

My stay was lovely. The room was spacious and comfy. Unfortunately I did see a few ants in my room. Not a trail of them but definitely several small black ants in different spaces around the room. The bathroom shower still had a strand or two of hair on the floor. But other than that, not bad!

I've stayed at this property several times over the last 5 years. I've never had a bad experience. Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Whether it's a single night or an entire week for business, they have never let me down.

We were traveling back from our FL vacation and this hotel was amazing! Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was amazing! Room was also very clean. Will stay here again! Give it a 5 out of 5!!

It is conveniently located next to everything.

On the whole I really liked the visit. I was disappointed that I never saw housekeeping, other than to catch someone in the hall to ask for (bottled) water on 12-23. I also had to call the front desk on the 24th, again to ask for water and coffee for the room. While I understood that housekeeping would be off for Christmas, I thought someone would be available for basics on the other days. According to the "Welcome" information, "Light Touch services will take place every weekday of your stay." This did not happen on the Thursday and Friday (23-24) of my stay. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

This hotel is like many other newer hotels; not enough insulation between rooms and floors. It was very noisy from the hallways, the room above, and especially from the elevator. Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it at all times, even the ding from inside. When we asked to change rooms we were told that we would have to pack all of our stuff, move it to storage during the day, and then move to a different room in the evening. We declined as that was really unreasonable. Also, the bed in our room was pretty uncomfortable. It was thinly padded and lumpy. The staff were nice enough, but there was just little in the way of customer service available. Breakfast was the same everyday which is difficult for extended stays, which is what this hotel is designed for.

It took a few minutes to figure out that the electronic lock needed new batteries, but the staff were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Once the problem was understood, I thought it might take maintenance at least an hour or more to come fix the lock. Again, I was pleasantly surprised as the door was working perfectly again within 15 minutes. The room was very comfortable and suited my needs very well. Linens, bathroom, furniture, etc. were all clean and in great condition. Everything worked fine. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to get some much needed good sleep. The staff were all amazing, patient, friendly and courteous. They were easy to talk to and explained any question I had. As much as the property functioned great, the people working there treated me even better. I highly recommend this Home2 Suites in Murfreesboro should you need a hotel room. My overall experience was wonderful.
