Great hotel and very clean.

We experienced discomfort for the entire 2 nights stay at the hotel. AC/Heater ran so loud at night. It blew the air directly to where we lay in the bed cause allergies to my son.
Location is great, walking distance to the mall of America.
Staff are nice and friendly.
No housekeeping during the stay. Toiletries were not refilled. Trash were not picked up. Paying for the parking lot.

Parking ramp was scary as female traveling alone as there were guys blocking the stairway smoking pot. Not impressive considering we were paying 12 per night and had no choice but to park there. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the 15 dollars. Food was cold. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Modern and attractive.

I think it's pathetic that you've joined the rest of mob and started charging for parking. Where's the loyalty to your guests? Because of this stupid move, you will never get our company's business again! All for a lousy couple dollars. Hope it was worth it?

The water chiller in the room was nice with filling stations on every floor by the elevator. The bar had fun drinks. You could walk to the mall. They have plenty of parking but it is not free anymore.

My stay at AC was nothing but perfect! Before arriving I had a few questions and was helped by Mike. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MIKE!!! He was the most respectful and amazing person ever. He took care of us thru the phone and in person. Mike treated us with kindness and compassion. Mike if you’re reading this, you made our stay 1000x better. The property is very well maintained and looks presentable. The rooms are just perfect. I will for sure comeback to this hotel!

Bathroom lighting is terrible. Bathroom layout not well done. The shower layout is bad. There is no refrigerator, just a “cooler”.

Hotel stay was great overall except the first night there was some people out in the hall about 11:00 pm at night talking and laughing loudly for a little more than an hour then it was quiet before this We thought to call front desk about it a few times but we just hoped they would stop before it got too much later and they did stop for about 30 minutes but they started up again for about 20 to 30 min the hall with the same noise. We just rode it out and thought to just let you know later because its a nice hotel and maybe you may have a monitoring system in place. Nevertheless, our stay at AC hotel was a great one. Thanks

Walls are thin, you aren't really insulated from outside noise. And i can hear other rooms toilet water go down. Otherwise it's good.

The only issue we had was that Expedia advertised this hotel as having a pool. They didn’t. But because there were two sister hotels in the area, staff was overwhelmingly accommodating. They calle done of the other hotels in I get us access to their pool. Staff was excellent!!!!!

We like the proximity to the airport and the MOA. We usually go to Hazelwood for dinner which has excellent food. The only thing about this hotel is the incredibly drafty AC, and it blows right at the bed when we sleep. Maybe change the directions somehow?

AC has been our first choice for a few years when we visit our daughter in the area. We love the location and the area seems very safe. The cost has steadily risen and I justify it with the perk of free parking in the ramp on property. However, there is now a $12/night charge whether in the enclosed ramp or in the open lot. Television connection has had problems the last two times we stayed. This morning there was only enough hot water for my husband to shower. I find that unacceptable. I’m sad, as this is a fairly new hotel and we’ve been very happy up until today. Maybe time to find a new hotel.

Nice clean, very modern room. Loved that the room didn't have carpeting. The hotel staff was very friendly upon our check-in.
Nice area to walk with a lot of restaurants choices including the MOA.
