Pleasant place to stay. We stayed here for 1 night to break up a long drive, but would’ve gladly stayed again if needed. Easy and quick check in and out, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast options and that checkout was at noon so that we didn’t feel rushed in the morning. Didn’t use the pool or gym, but they looked inviting. A/C unit was a little noisy but didn’t really disrupt anything. Thanks!

We were tired and stopped for the night. The price was right since it included breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was huge. Only two issues. The shower needs a handheld wand. And the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel, very clean and super friendly staff.
The only issue we had is very slow draining water in our shower which was kinda annoying.

I had a fun and warm welcome from the team at the front desk. I was a little disappointed in the fitness center with only two options for cardio- 1 elliptical and treadmills. Really nice people work here!

Nice and clean room. Bathroom wallpaper in corner of toilet was peeling off. Other than that nice property and wonderful staff.

My family and I stayed here for one-night before a flight home from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The hotel was clean, comfortable, staffed by friendly people, and there were restaurants nearby for dinner. Could you want more in a hotel? PHL is only about a 15 minute drive, so quite convenient to PHL.

We had an incredible time! We stayed the few days before and on Christmas this year, the staff was all so friendly and welcoming, we waited too long to Christmas shop and were centrally located to all the best shopping centers locally and got everything done in no time! We’re definitely putting this at the top of our list again next year for the holidays!

Given the price I expected much less. Everything was up to date and well kept. Most importantly the room was spotless.
My only complaint was the sheet did not stay on the bed. Several times I had to adjust it in the night.

Not clean at all, toilet kept stopping up, person who un clogged toilet left feces splattered on the floor. the cleaning staff lied and said they changed sheets and pillows but didn’t. Bathroom floor was still dirty after cleaning staff supposedly cleaned it. Pillows on the couch in the room were disheveled like someone just got up from it and the hotel left it that way. The staff told me I would get a percentage off my room for extending my stay another day for business. Ice maker in my floor was broken. Shower was also dirty with soap scum in corners of the shower. I only stayed there another day because I needed to at the last minute.

The hotel was readily accessible from the main roads. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The breakfast was very good and the staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
The downside was the fact that the first floor ice maker was broken; the pool was TINY; and the water in the workout room was tepid. Also, the worst part was the fact that our heater was VERY NOISY and it actually ran all night our first night (with the thermostat set at 64 degrees). Lastly, there were NO WARM BED CLOTHES on our bed.

Room had no USB ports. Bathroom door was loud and light in bathroom disturbed anyone sleeping.

This was a quick overnight stop on our way to Richmond,Va. The hotel is located is a nice area and the amenities were also great at the hotel.

This economy hotel offered all the amenities found in 5 star hotels. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were very thoughtful extras including a microwave, refrigerator, extra towels and blankets and anything else one would need. The staff is first rate. There is also a pool and a gym.

We are a family of five, stayed for two days, excellent stay, clean, friendly staff, nice pool area, great breakfast buffet. Was surprized by the size of the suite, very spacious. Would stay here again, if in the area.

The hotel was great and staff was friendly and responsive. Not a big deal but the sheets in our bed didn’t fit so they kept coming off. The only complaint I have is that the people in the surrounding rooms were in and out of their room all night and I didn’t sleep at all from the noise that the door was making.

Upon check in I was told that the minimum check in age was 21 years old (I am 20) when this hotel neglected to state the minimum check in age under “policies” on expedia like every other hotel I have stayed at in the past. If it was not for my girlfriend, who I was traveling with, being 21 we would have been sleeping on the sidewalk due to their ignorance. I got a copied and pasted email from Jason Belt (Task Force) who did not handle this professionally or convey any empathy but rather deflected the blame on me.

Average place. Staff great because they we’re working a broken ship. Originally chose place because of the pool. Pool was closed. Asked about the fire pit. It was broken. On elevator was out the other one broke during stay. My 87 year old mother had to climb 3 flights to go to the room. I could on but why bother. Not worth what I paid for.

Immediately upon entering the hotel it smelled clean and looked tidy. Check in was quick & easy and the staff was polite.
The space in the room was utilized well; bench over the air unit, sizable bathroom, closet with shelving and a mini kitchenette complete with a microwave and mini refrigerator.
The room was clean and functional.
