The room had a bad order to it and the shower ran out of water in the middle of my shower and we did not have water in it for anybody else to shower When I reported it to the front desk all they had to say was did you follow instruction offer no help

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory and the location is good! However, we did notice that the sofa bed and regular beds could benefit from a thorough cleaning or possibly an upgrade. It was fortunate that the room had two beds, as one of them had a noticeable indentation in the middle that caused us to sink in.

Breakfast was poor, food cold, warmed up from day before. Elevator didn't work for entire stay, yet they fixed it and shut one that did work at the same time. Did not do service to the Hilton name. Will not stay there again.

Hilton and Marriott properties normally have high standards. This was no exception. Very clean room with great amenities. Floors were clean in the hallway leading to the room but just a not so pleasant smell. Service was great and overall experience was good. Only downfall was a charge for shuttle to airport. Surrounding hotels do not charge.

We stayed at this hotel as a precursor to going on a cruise. The location is great for that and they have a shuttle that goes to the cruise terminal for a fee. The elevator is broken as many other reviews say so the wait for an elevator is frequently long and busy. The pool is unusable in the winter months. It was colder than ice water. We also did not get room cleaned in the 2.5 days we were there. But overall it's a cheap good option for pre cruise but wouldn't stay here more than a night or two.

Liked easy checkout. Hotcoffee and breakfast. Did not like broken elevator. Only one was available. People whobad stayed there before said it was broken then.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not greeted properly. We arrived early and were not greeted warmly. We were ignored until we got their attention. We were told there were no early check ins (we arrived early in the day). They were willing to store our luggage. At 2:45 (as it neared check in time), there were multiple families waiting in the lobby to get rooms. We were a large family of 3 rooms. We requested to be near each other. We were on completely different floors. The hotel was understaffed and had limited options available. They ran out of coffee at breakfast multiple times (in a 30 minute time period). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area for a pre cruise stay.

Every service was excellent. Staff is friendly. Building is very clean. One elevator was out of service for the entire time. The only working one was very slow. Overall, the service was excellent.

This was a terrible experience! Staff not pleasant and rude. We never received a key nor explanation on why so we had to ask. They said machine was down and we never received the key. The comforter was a bed skirt. Breakfast was closed around 8:30 because they didn’t have enough food.

This facility was gorgeous. The room was perfectly adequate for myself, my friend and are two daughters. Extremely comfortable and good side. The surrounding area is a little lacking and not pedestrian friendly. Had to drive down the street to get dinner and traffic in the area is not ideal. Would definitely stay here again but would be nice to have more options for food nearby

The hallways are pretty hot, almost like there’s no ac on. And the lobby and common area is pumping out major air fresheners. It’s a bit overwhelming.

There was only one elevator working out of two. Our room was not dusted at all! It was hanging from the light fixtures. Our shower had hair in it from the previous guests. We reported it to the front desk and they made us sound like we were crazy and no one came to investigate. The surfaces look like they may have been sprayed with a cleaning element, but they were never wiped down.
