We ended up arriving a day earlier than expected, they worked with us to get us another night added and for us to not have to switch rooms the next day. The receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

It was hard to locate the property with roads being closed... Our stay was great room was clean breakfast was great will definitely stay again.

Property has no paved parking lot. Their parking lot was a muddy, gravel affair. Not acceptable, especially if you’re someone with a physical disability. Hot breakfast was meh. About half the time, the scrambled eggs were cold. Do you like hot showers? Then look elsewhere because the hot water lasted about 10 minutes before it turned cold. Mind that I was the only person staying in the room and using hot water which I did only once a day for a shower. Top that off with a slow drain, and you get the full crappy shower experience. Other than the bike trail, there are no amenities, restaurants or shops within walking distance from the property. If you have any incidentals such as for food or for a pet fee, I found that they didn’t offer a receipt or even a verbal notification when you check out. They just charged my card without any notification after I left. Stay clear of this property. Never again.

Traveled to visit historical sites and hike, had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, service was friendly. Would recommend.

Check in was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice and the location is very interesting. I had no idea it was close to Falling Water. That’s a plus!

Girls' trip from Friday to Sunday. Overall it was great! Sunday morning breakfast was not as smooth. Many of us were waiting for more food to be brought out which wouldn't have been a big deal but it would have been helpful to convey that they were aware and were prepping more food instead of leaving us all wondering. Otherwise it was a really lovely visit and I would definitely go back again!

This is an incredibly great option for cyclists on the GAP. Very friendly people who accommodate bikes and weary riders. Great place. Right on the trail!

Great location for activities in the Laurel Highlands, especially GAP Trail riding,
at a reasonable price. Has a bar and a good complementary breakfast. Very friendly staff. If train sounds bother you try to book a room on the side opposite the river.

The hotel was a little out of the way but is ideally located on the Great Allegheny Passage. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

We were just coming off the GAP trail on a rainy day and were muddy and wet. The staff knew just what to do with us and in a few moments our bikes were washed off, our gear was clean and we were checked in and warm and happy. Great people, excellent Inn, highly recommended.

Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. We had to complain about a noisy airconditioning unit which was on the outside of the building close to the position of our bedhead. Man at front desk came along and agreed but was very noisy but all rooms full so no option to switch. Even with earplugs in it was noisy and led to disturbed sleep. Avoid room 114!!!!!

The hotel was clean and fairly new. The morning breakfast was convenient but somewhat limited in offering. Unfortunately, the property has two active construction sites on either side of it and is also built adjacent to an active rail line. The noise coming from one of the construction sites was unbelievably loud on the Saturday night between 7 PM and 11 PM that the room was literally shaking. The constant train horns and squealing on the tracks throughout the night was also incredibly frustrating to sleep through. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but maybe they could give some warning to people when they book. Bring some noise cancelling headphones, or you’re not going to get much sleep!

The hotel is in an out of the way location. It does occupy a great location on the Yough River and near the GAP bike path. A train yard is across the River. Bring ear plugs.

The property was nice and taken care off. We enjoyed having a bar in the lobby. The river view is lovely. I feel the rooms need some sound proofing. The train across the river ran all night long, so sleeping was not good.

The staf at the comfort inn was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well kept. My only negative was the location; it was on a street that you would never guess a motel would be and it looked unsavory.
