Breakfast was as expected and good. The room and pillows were comfy. Hotel was clean and service friendly.My one warning is if you need an accessable room in the comment section reserving the room be specific.i wasn't. My room was hearing accessable, but that was it. Only one grab bar in the shower no grab bars around the toilet. The hotel was apologetic and gave me a discount for the misunderstanding but couldn't change the room. I made due and I've learned a lesson about making reservations for an accessible room. I have stayed in Hamptons many times and this is the first time this has happened. I will continue to stay at Hampton s but will be more careful when booking.

You had excellent reviews and we always enjoy the Hampton Inn. However, when we arrived at our room, my son found two hairs in his bed (thankfully, before we settled in). It was ten pm on a Saturday and all we wanted was to go to sleep, but we called downstairs and about 20 minutes or so later, they switched us to another room two doors down. So, a fairly quick resolution to the problem, but still a disgusting one to have.

We ended up paying cash for our room… The person at the service desk did not know how to do a transaction using cash and we ended up receiving a $25 refund and it took forever to get the refund so we said forget it keep it because again it was a cancel transaction. The pool door was broken. It took a good 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to figure out how to get into the other side of the pool to unlock the door for the main pool.

over all nice place to stay. only negative was pillows were very flat. got in late so didn't call for replacements. would stay again. cannot comment on breakfast because we didn't eat there.

I liked how everything was central to the location, ie gas stations, restaurants. However the level of housekeeping was unacceptable.

Property was clean, well kept and staff was great. Night light bulb in our room's bathroom was out upon arrival, we made it through the night by leaving bathroom light on. Curtains, the opaque ones at the window, had a few pleats off the track. Here again, no big deal. Advised the help of these things to help out future guests. Breakfast was great.

At check-in, I requested 3 keys for my room but only received two. I requested an accessible room and when I asked for a room on the 1st floor, I was told that there was only one on the 3rd floor. The worst part of my visit was on Sunday when my family and I returned to the hotel to find that housekeeping had not been to our room. When I inquired I was told that if I needed housekeeping, 24 hours' notice needed to be given and this should have been told to me at check-in. It wasn't and I ended up changing the linens on our beds and requesting clean towels brought in and the dirty towels and garbage removed. I was very disappointed and angry at the fact that I was not told about the 24-hour requirement and the staff did not attempt to make amends for their lack of providing service. The check-in staff at Hampton are young people who only know how to say " I am sorry ". They have no skillset to provide excellent service.

It was a great stay , very clean an staff was great at check in , the only thing we seen was they need more handicapped parking in front . We got there after a concert an all front an handicapped was taken so we had to park farther away to get in an it was a little much on us two ladys that are handicapped but was a great stay an we would stay again.
