The hotel was great except the breakfast situation. It was a nightmare. There was not enough food and space to accommodate the guests. One elevator was also not enough to accommodate.

This hotel is great!! I was a little worried driving in because the surroundings are weird, but it’s like a beautiful oasis when you get to the property. The room is spacious and so warm and inviting!

We have a son with special needs and we had a issue that required assistance from housekeeping. Once they understood pur need they were very prompt and helpful! The room was clean. The only issue was the bright light that shined in our window at night.

Everything was clean and hotel is fairly new. Our room and bathroom were big, but we had a view of the roof and highway. The breakfast was mediocre with low quality food, but otherwise the hotel itself was nice. The area on Grand Island is quiet and the parking is free, but you need to go over a bridge with a toll, however that is cheaper than paying for parking everyday if you stay at a hotel near Niagara Falls that charges for parking. The drive to Niagara Falls takes only a few minutes.

Hotels.com said the cost was 108.00. When I got to hotel it was 135.00. No early check-in since they were short staffed and I had a meeting to attend. Restaurant only had fried appetizers since the cook never showed up for work. Breakfast was terrible. Too bad nice place but I don't think I would stay here again

Waited for 30 minutes at desk. Was book into a room that didn’t have clean sheets it was disappointing.will not return here.

The hotel is very nice but needs to have better options for people who can’t eat dairy if they are offering breakfast. The night we stayed in Warsaw, NY and they had almond milk and margarine so that my entire family was able to find something to eat

Service wasn’t very good. We called ahead to ask for a crib, wasn’t in the room when we got there. Had to ask 2 more times for the crib and the last time went down for it and brought it back myself. Waited at the desk a few times to get my card activated and no one ever came around.

I got charged 2x for last night. The hotel claims my amex was declined, however, the charge for this room is on my card on Mar 12 and they charged me again last night.

The property was clean and there was easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. Free parking and easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband requested bedding and 2 extra pillows for our pull out couch, since it was not in the room. The person at the desk the night of our stay questioned my husband if we were in a room with 2 queen beds and continued to state how many pillows we already have. He then stated that they dont have extras. Just wow. How rude. I had 6 people staying and the pillows are flat as can be.

The beds were very comfortable. I get a room once a month so I can sleep. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay here. Vanessa the manager was very helpful and helped us. We thought that we booked the wrong hotel and that it was far away from things but she insured us that we were close to everything. Breakfast was amazing both days. Great customer service

Spent the night for stopover on our way to Canada. I always use Holiday inn where possible because of consistency in service. This one was no exception. Hotel was clean, room are renovated, and furnitures are all new. Great selections at breakfast.

Just spent the weekend here for a cross boarder shopping trip with the BFF. Its location is right off the highway and not far from all the places we shop! Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, breakfast was decent, room was clean and comfortable. The only minor complaint I would have would be the scent specifically in the lobby. When you first walk into the hotel it smells nice (like a diffuser) but in a few minutes you realize how overpowering it is. If someone has an allergy to scent it might be an issue (although I really only noticed it in the lobby area). We enjoyed our weekend and would book again!

The facility was very nice. Unfortunately you could hear everything through the walls / floor and ceiling.
Called concierge once to no answer but they were very friendly when we went down to the desk to get more towels.
The pool is nice. The breakfast was fantastic, especially for being complimentary.
As a Canadian it’s unclear if there were tolls to be paid while driving there but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Nice property if the smell didn’t make me ill. As soon as you walk in the hotel lobby you are hit by this disgusting cheap fragrance that makes you choke up. Front desk is never available. This hotel is isolated and nothing walkable, you need to drive a bit to find places to eat. Restaurant is closed but not sure if only for winter or for good.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and didn't bother to greet even. It seemed they were not happy to see guest. Breakfast was not great and person helping in breakfast was rude.

The hotel was clean the front desk though was never present had to wait till he decided to come and check us in. He was just unapologetic about it. Other than that it was cool for the money.
