No heating, only A/C and drying, and I wasn't sure those were even working. Sink did not drain properly. Shower was great. Underneath couch cushions was very dirty. Room was shaped awkwardly.

I stay 3 nights. It’s inside facility very new and clean. Good location just within 10min walk from Miebashi station. 國際通 just 20min walk . Highly recommended and I will stay here again for my next trip.

Location and Facilities: Location is great, 10 mins to the monorail, convenience store are nearby. 5 mins to the penguin restaurant. The facilities are perfect, I like the swimming pool very much. Room: I booked a 3 beds room for 4 nights, I can fully open 2 luggage on the floor. The room is a little bit dusty/stuffy, I think this is mainly contributed by the air conditioning system. Others: My son love the bubble show at the lobby. If you skip the room cleaning service for a day, you will have a coupon of 500yen each day. The coupon can be used to pay for the hotel breakfast.

If you do scuba diving, don't come here (too far from dive sites), but otherwise it is very convenient and you don't even need a car.

Not happy with the check-in process. The staff would not check you in before 3 pm even if your room was ready. They would also not let you use the facilities before check-in. All hotels I have been to in the past would check you in early if your room is ready. I was very surprised that Hotel Aqua Citta would not accommodate us!

Unfortunate we got caught in a Typhon. The dining options was limited and it was hard to get dinner. Besides that the Hotel is great.

Always a good stay. Aqua Citta is my go-to when staying in Naha. The pool and breakfast buffet cant be beat. The room AC goes down nice and cold, unlike some of the other Naha hotels. Lots of freebies when you pay for a VIP room... absolutely worth it.

I liked location and easy access to transportation. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Room was good except smell… not sure what. Air conditioning/vent filter need to be changed? But I will stay at this place again!

Price is good but the hotel is not worth even that. Rude personnel, super tiny rooms, breakfast is basic and served in the lobby. Really chose any other hotel, just avoid this if you want a good stay in Okinawa

I liked everything, the hotel is neat and clean, and the staff are kind, there is only one thing that I didn't like, the room is hot and the air conditioner is only a heater and fan, I didn't expect that because it's Okinawa, it should be cooler

I really enjoyed. The internet was fast. Rooms were perfectly modern and very clean. The rooms weren't too small. There was even a sofa long enough to nap on. Service in the front desk during check-in was great and helpful in English. The bar and pool on top is bigger than I thought and had a lot of tables, counters, chairs and stools. It's a great place to have a drink and admire the view of the boulevard in front of the hotel. The price was excellent as well. I will definitely come back. Solo, business or for couples and family, I think this hotel can fit any types of travellers.

Hotel is highly recommendable for those who would like to stroll around the center of Naha’s Kokusai dori and takes 6 minutes walk from Meibashi station Mono rail/ Yui rail to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious and hotel staff is kind and hospitable. Enjoyed much using their amenities swimming pool at the roof top and chilling with the happy hour bar. Their room was clean and spacious for us couple.
