Room was clean and roomy. Didn’t care for the bed—wasn’t comfortable for me and my husband. Staff was helpful.

My granddaughter was in the hospital In Nicu when she was a 5 weeks early. My mom and I drove 18 hours to be there and it was so reassuring we were actually able to be able to go right across the street to see her. The staff was amazing!! Loved the fact we had fresh Ice for my water right in our room. Will definitely stay again.

We do a yearly visit with daughter and grandkids in Colorado. We are Washington residents. Twin Falls works out great as it is right in the middle of our trip. I selected My Place Hotel from the many for price quoted, clean & safe facility, and what we found was a great & reliable "feel" if you can measure that. My thoughts are you guys are the "template" for how an overnite stay should be. Thanks

Check -in was great, room was like new and nice. However parking lights were dim and refrigerator made loud suffering noises all night.

The mattress was not up to the quality and comfort as was used to with My Place accommodations.

Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, pleasant front desk, just a little old feeling, but it did not affect our stay.

This has been an excellent experience. The hotel was clean well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The staff was very friendly and polite. I will definitely refer this hotel to family and friends. What I did not like was the pet fee, of 20 some dollars I could understand if it was a deposit instead of a fee to me that’s the only downfall.

Hotel was very clean. Check in was great. We was early and they took us right in. Friendly staff . The only thing is you have to buy a box breakfast. The room was nice with a refrigerator with a icemaker,stove microwave but no cooking utensils. Was quiet and relaxful

I decided I didn’t want to drive home 2+ hours away after a long day at work so I booked a hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness, essentials and comfort of the bed. I’ll definitely stay again.

Receptionist greeted me in full Halloween costume and proceeded to check me in, brief me on the facility and graciously put me in what she felt was the quietest room available. Worked out great, slept like a log. Good coffee, huge fridge/freezer, big microwave and two-burner cooktop. Would stay here again!

The place is off the main road. The lobby was clean. There is a little shop with food and toiletries. It’s walking distance to restaurants and next to Walmart. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It is quiet and the kitchenette was well stocked. The only thing is the bathtub did not drain well.

This hotel ticked all the boxes with service and cleanliness. Even had a laundry. We were lucky to have a ground floor room.

Decent place to stay. There was a kitchen in the room but no utensils.

The hotel itself is fine. However, our bed collapsed as I was resting in it and I fell backwards and was very startled. We ended up having to pack all our stuff and move to another room. It was very inconvenient and it could have been very bad had my disabled husband been in the bed at the time. We were in an accessible room so I really hope they fix that bed.
