Our room was ready right away and the room was very spacious and clean! Very large bathroom! We were very pleased! The pool and pool area was smaller than we would have thought.

Great morning staff refrigerator not work for firstday tv didnot work til late late bedtime.. Every.
Time you turn the TV off after a farming worked and you turn it back on. You have to call downstairs because there wasn't no service. The pool was so small.That picture they post is a the blow dryer.Did not work blown.One of the rooms and the refrigerator was doing a poor job of keeping things cold and it was really hot

Our check-in was as smooth as possible and the most friendly skilled front desk individual.
Room was clean and updated.
Morning breakfast had a wonderful menu to choose from and a great young man from keeping the food warm and available, to how clean he kept the food area and dining tablets. showed pride in his job.

I don't often say this about motel room, but there were a lot of nice design features. Really liked the footstools for the couch. The little table for the couch and the design of the bathroom. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices.

The man at the check in desk was very kind and informative, which made check in a breeze. The room itself felt clean and comfortable as well as the community areas like lobby, kitchen/dining area and the pool. My kids loved the pool. It had fun fountains for the littles and basketball hoops to keep the older one entertained. There is plenty of parking and I loved the market down by the lobby! Lots of snacks and drinks and little one off things you might need. This hotel was central to so many things. We had day passes to Kalahari (which, I didn’t know prior, but they offer discounted tickets if you buy through the hotel. I bought them ahead of time direct through Kalahari’s website). But, you don’t even have to get onto the main road to access Kalahari. Overall loved our 2 night stay and would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel near the outlet mall, close to many restaurants. We did not take advantage of the amenities during this stay but the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

I found the hotel to be very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice. I'd like to add that when I had car trouble, Jason at the front desk went out of his way to call a locksmith for me. Excellent service! Thank you Jason!

Room 318- lumpy pillows made for a rough night of sleep. The pool had so much chlorine in it that my eyes and my kid's eyes were burning after about 30 minutes of use. They did have a lot of fun with the basketball hoops. The shower pipes were very loud (squealing) when turning on the shower. The breakfast was great.

Newer property but the beds weren’t that comfortable. Both Queen beds in my room seemed to have a groove worn into them that made it felt like a hump was in the middle of the bed. I think the majority of guests sleep closer to the night stand side of the bed causing uneven wear on the mattresses. I stay in a lot of hotels and don’t usually see this kind of wear in a newer property. Might be a cheaper brand of mattress, I’m not sure. My TV would somehow come on with the wrong input and I couldn’t get programming unless I unplugged the HDMI cord and manually switched the input. Aside from these oddities this is a newer well maintained hotel convenient to the highway and attractions in the Dells.

Everything was wonderful except our bed was horrible. I always stay at Hampton because of the comfort of their beds, cleanliness and coffee available at all times. I actually have a Hampton bed at home that I ordered from Hampton several years ago. My husband and I woke up with neck and back pain. We were so disappointed, didn’t get any rest. The staff were wonderful and the grounds were clean and well kept.

Beds and room were comfortable. The check-in was not “friendly” as the front desk staff were preoccupied. The room was fairly clean but the shower had corners near the floor that needed a dark grime cleaning. The door to the bathroom was peeling paint at the bottom - both these are an easy fix when the staff is paying attention. All in all it was an “ok” stay.

Liked that the hotel is in a very good area and many restaurant to choose from. What I didn’t like my staying was to short.

The property was clean and the morning breakfast was superior. My only knock would be that the attendants at the front desk were not very social. I asked about access to tooth floss but the attendant basically said no, we don’t offer that. Otherwise, a fine option for any traveler!
