I picked this hotel because it was just outside the city. The hotel was clean and they were friendly. My only complaint is that I had to pay for parking and breakfast was $19 a person. After paying $400 for two nights, I think having to pay for breakfast is not good for business.

It was a fine hotel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Pretty sure either someone came into my room while I was gone and turned the shower on or the shower just randomly turned on while I was away because the bathroom was flooded. Other than that, fine.

The room was nice but small (2 queen), in the description I saw it said the room had a sofa-bed but it didn't even have a real sofa (a chair sofa). That disappointment me. We also asked to have our garbage changed and more towels. The front said they'd see if they can because "they're almost done!" I went with a almost 2 year old, so.... We had a nice smell for two nights! Other than that it was good!
They charge $100 a night deposit. But they say they give that back after we leave.

Great beautiful location! This is a great Hilton property!

The digital key via the Hilton app didn't work, and staff shrugged it off and couldn't fix. $26 per person for average (at best) breakfast was ridiculous. Was supposed to be "made to order" but was basic buffet that would have been free anywhere else. $12 per day parking also ridiculous. Total of $87.53 spent on amenities that should all have been free. Also, mini-fridge didn't work, and no fan in bathroom. Horrible experience.

We've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one was as close to perfect as it gets. Comfortable bed, heat that works, lots of space, practical seating and table surfaces, USB ports out the ying yang, blackout shade that blocked the light, great pillows, great shower! We did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but we did watch TV, which was also great. Oh, and the wifi was strong and reliable. Convenient and comfortable!

Our room was nice, but MULTIPLE lights in our bathroom and closet had bulbs that were out. Super inconvenient

The room was horrible -the curtains were broken and would not move up or down. The faucet and the toilet paper holder in the room were broken as well -lousy experience!

Cons: Staff at check in was on their cell phone, took a minute before they looked up to help me. My 2nd key card didn’t work. Should have included breakfast like other hotels at this price, not $25 per person. For four people, there was only 3 bath towels upon our late check in.
Pros: nice big end of hall and corner room for my family

I reserved Dec. 2-9. I extended my stay another week Dec. 9-16. I checked out the 9th, paid my balance & paid for the week Dec 9-16. I was given a new keycard for the same room so I would not have to pack and move rooms. On Dec. 9th, 2023 at 11:36p.m. I was woken up abruptly by a man in civilian clothes banging loudly on the door. I woke up terrified and disoriented. The man demanded I opened the door. Said he was sent to remove me from the room, that the room was supposed to be vacant. He angrily insisted I needed to get dressed and leave the room. I asked for the manager to please call my room, he said he was the manager. I later found out he was the food & beverage manager Omar, not the hospitality manager. A couple was coming in the hallway & looked at us like we were a bickering couple. Extremely embarrassing on top of the harassment. I gave him my last name & explained I had extended my stay. He left. About 5minutes later I got a call from Rasheed at the front desk. He went on & on yelling at me demanding I leave the room. This went on for long minutes to where I put the phone down to not hear his yelling and insults. I was harassed, terrified, insulted, humiliated and disrespected by these men. The harassment kept me from sleeping well for the rest of my stay. I had to go to urgent care & from urgent care they sent me to the ER. Still today 12/20/23, I wake up at night terrified & anxious in my own home. This was the worse expirience I ver had in any Hotel; ever!

The hotel is magnificent. It's my wife and I's favorite place to stay while in New York City.

I booked this room approximately one month in advance. I drove 5 hours to attended a holiday party, then attempted to check into my room. Unbeknownst to me, the Hilton rebooked my room for some other party. The front desk was very nonchalant and just instructed me to “check your email.” No attempt to help and totally rude(I arrived at 11:30 and had to find a hotel at the last minute.
You would think that if someone had a job to great guests, they would be personable and helpful. Not the Hilton Garden.

Great stay. Easy check in. Nice location

We thought it was really expensive. We were annoyed that we had to pay for parking in a suburban location. For the price they should have provided a breakfast buffet. The hotel was nice, but I’d probably look for a more reasonable option in the future.

Bathroom needs attention. No working outlets in the bathroom.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for our kids. It was only after arrival that we were told that it was closed for renovation.

We definitely enjoyed our quick stay however the room had a musty smell to it and the mirror in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread. Other than that the location was wasy to get to and definitely convenient

The workout room was not up to previous standards. There was no gel in the machine to wipe off the machines. In the past towels were available but that was no longer the case. While initially there was a role of paper towels, on my last day no paper towels as well.
The room in which I stayed was basically fine. However, the lighting was just barely sufficient.

Our room door doesn’t shut properly and the lock doesn’t work. Room 305. But otherwise it was fine.

The property was amazing and will book here again when we’re back in New York.

The hotel itself is fine. It’s clean and updated. They need a whole new staff with the exception on one employee. Corporate has been helpful and accommodating.

Great, clean, and safe location. Service was outstanding by front desk host Sierra, she was always helpful with recommendations. Our bartender Zach was also super knowledgeable about drinks, and made delicious cocktails. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends & families. I plan on returning soon!

No friendly welcome when we arrived. I always felt like I was bothering the young woman at the desk when I arrived. The young man was friendly but he only worked late at night. Our room was never cleaned. Had to get more towels and things ourselves. Limited food choices, almost nothing for vegetarians. Nothing frozen for vegetarians. The bathroom shower floor was cracked. The staff isn’t trained to be friendly. Most of the time they ignore guests or act like we are bothering them. It could be a great hotel!

Easy on-off to Parkway. Quiet except for traffic, but died down at 11pm. Lots of food options nearby. Plenty of on-site parking though you had to pay for it. Free breakfast not included and buffet was expensive. Would definitely spend another visit.

The property was good but they charged for breakfast

Been here a few times before and enjoyed my stay every time.

The staff at check in (a polite and helpful gentleman) was great! That’s the last positive thing I can say.
Requested an accessible room, my Mom was traveling with me and has had hip surgery as well as other medical issues when it comes to her legs and feet. The room was the very farthest from the elevators, so it was a 10 min hike with her once we got to our floor.
The bathroom was dirty, I had to use the broken shower sprayer to clean the small hairs off two of the shower walls and shower seat.
The blondes were broken and curtains partially falling off the rod. To work the blinds, I had to remove the BINDER CLIPS and clip the blind in up or down positions.
Reading lights were a great feature, only one of them worked though.
In the morning at check out, my sister in law checked out and waited in the lobby for us, where she found out they charged her $14 for parking, even though she didn’t have a car. She made her reservations separately from mine, so I don’t know why the check out lady thought to charge her anything for parking. When SIL said she didn’t even drive, the check out lady got annoyed and shook three pages of paper at her saying “I’ll back out the charges later, I have all this work to do first.” Later on the day a new receipt was emailed, showing the charges were removed.
I was very relieved we were only there for one night, I will find somewhere else to stay next time.
