Great room but the shower is slippery. Soap on it and both of us almost fell.

My son, my granddaughter, and I stayed here on our way to Florida. It was very nice. The breakfast was extra good. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I have decided that I am always going to stay at Hampton Inns while traveling whenever possible.

Hampton Inn is very neat and clean and up to date. Breakfast has everything to offer. Staff extremely nice. First time I’ve received a phone call asking if everything was ok in the room. We’ll stay here again.

Very friendly staff, easy check in. Clean with some minor wear and tear. Biggest thing is it’s right next to I75 which is convenient for a one night stay. But you do hear the traffic all night.

The avocado at breakfast was a great touch heard a few people commenting on it. It would be nice to have oatmeal raisin cookies along with the chocolate chip. Stayed here for years and keeps getting better!

Went to bkft at 9am- dry cereal empty x1, hot cereal almost empty
Welcoming staff at checkin not welcoming.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. The exercise room smelled so bad we had to walk out.

Room was incredibly dirty. Found hair all over the shower. Bed also squeaky and very comfortable. Worst part of all was the air-conditioning. They have it on motion sensor so if you don’t move around in your sleep, you will die of heat. Pay $200 for a room. Ridiculous for this kind of room.

Maggie at the desk and the sweet lady (sadly I forgot her name) who works the breakfast area were amazing. Great hearts and kind service. Always checking to see how they can go above and beyond to exceed the expectation.

Great location off interstate, but noisy with traffic noise all night. Very clean and newly updated flooring and carpet.

An excellent stay. Extra kudos to Quisha and LaNiece for quick checkin and check out. And a special extra star for the delightful Vicki for a tasty breakfast and a sparkling personality.

The address is wrong. It’s actually South frontage Rd, not North. The area was a little sketchy/ abandoned. Check-in went fine. Arrived to our room to find food in the fridge from previous guest and hair in the bathtub. The floors were very dirty. There was no one at the front desk on our way out and back in from dinner to voice concerns. We arrived back at our room to find the AC still wasn’t cooling…it never got below 72. As we left, there was still no one at the front desk. We set our keys on the desk like others had before us. Will not stay again!

Our room was next to the kitchen and mechanical room, we heard noise most of the night. Complaint, but no change. Didn't suggest changing rooms.

I loved staying here. It was extremely nice and clean. The thing I didn't like is the shower/tub. It was laid out very badly. The soap and shampoo are in squirt bottles attached to the wall underneath the shower head. So to get a handful of either one, the water hit you straight in the face. Also, the handle to hold onto to keep from falling was on the wall way up by the shower head so you had to stretch to hold on and still get hit in the face with water from the shower. I fell twice in the shower and luckily was not hurt. The tub itself was slick as ice. I cannot stay again because of this.

Our check in with the very nice gentleman was wonderful! He was so nice, recommended a place for dinner. Offered any help that we needed. He could not have been nicer! We felt sorry for him when we left for dinner. Line of people for ck in, phone ringing, and he was alone, no help.
A VERY DIFFERENT CK OUT EXPERIENCE. 3 WOMEN, who were rude, like we were interrupting their morning coffee and conversation. Never said " Good Morning, how was your stay." They were irritated when I ask for a receipt. They could not produce one.
I received an email from the manager, stating, amongst many other things, " they were happy to see me go, I HAD BEEN VERY RUDE". Very sad representation of customer service and satisfaction.

The room was fine. The issue we have is that no one told us that we would’ve charged an extra $100 for our dog. NO one, when I made the reservation nor when we checked in, said a word about an extra $100 charge. A “deposit” that is not refundable. Grrr!

The front desk attendant was rude and seemed to not care about our arrival. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. I did not expect it to be a luxurious experience, but I expected it to be clean. Also, the carpet was smelly.

Clean but in disrepair window shade would not raise, stain in chair, something missing from wall. Saw holes and some kind of ta le top under bathroom sink? I have stayed in and specifically look for Hampton Inn and Suites for years. Staff was great and very clean but hotel was lacking maintenance.

Hard to find even with gps. Newly decorated Possibly new hotel. Bright parking lot lights were shiny through shades. Better breakfast than most. With fresh fruit and omelettes.
