Hotel was clean from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel breakfast. Used the gym on morning of departure. Staff all pleasant and friendly.

It was great. I’ll stay here again. The only issue I had was I was on the first floor and it was loud all night. Could hear everything.

The breakfast spread was impressive! I was expecting some bagels and coffee. They had everything. I mean everything. It was a nice surprise. Also, the people that worked there are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend this hotel. Front office was not accommodating and friendly. I was booked for 2 nights and unfortunately could not make it on day 1. They said it was a no show and both days were lost. Did not try to make it work.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Short walk to outlet mall. Easy on/off the interstate. Downside was room smelled very strong of deodorant as of someone had smoked in the room, and the water pressure was just a trickle in the shower.

While the property is clean and close to outlet mall, the stuff was not that friendly. Also my toilet was running constantly. Somebody came and “fixed” it. But he told me that it will happen again so all I need to do was wiggle the top and it will stop. Also during the night somebody started banging on my door. When I told the stuff, she said that maybe I heard it wrong and it was only a knock. And of course I checked out early

Really nice, clean hotel. Prices were very high. Breakfast was ok. The running around in hallway and slamming doors was really crazy. 1 night we had to call front desk it was so bad at 12:30 am. They took care of noise.

for the price charged you would think it would be perfect we stayed on 4th floor ice machine was broke on 4th and 3rd floor had to go to 2nd floor for ice told management said they were getting it fixed was not fixed when we left coffee maker in room was broke told management they said they will have maid service replace it got back to room late saturday late had to get up at 3:00 AM next morning and the old coffee maker was still there something they could have easly fixed they just did not care enough to do it or see that it was done

This property is outstanding. My wife almost never likes the hotels I choose but this was a standout exception. The room was comfortable and immaculate. The bathroom was well stocked with high-quality products. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We felt we got more than our money's worth at this property. A in my book.
