I stayed here overnight as a break from taking the rail from Hanoi to Saigon. November isn't the best time to visit Danang as it was pouring down rain the entire time, but the hotel was a great experience! The breakfast on the top floor is fantastic and it has a great view of the city around it. The pool looks like a tropical oasis (even if it was cold to swim in). I did use the hotel car service to visit Hoi An, which was quite magical, even in the downpour, and to travel to the train station.

After staying in an average of 90 hotels a year for some time, it was dissappointing to have to award this one as most patronising and condescending. We were treated with contempt and utter indifference by most staff from the moment we arrived. The vibe we got from the restaurant sent us across the road to a great little barbeque place. A private party was being prepared on the top floor, which we couldn’t access to assess for future stays, which of course will never happen.

I love the new orient hotel in Da Nang. From the moment you walked into a new hotel, you have a fear and doubt and want to verify that all the reviews are true to the fact. My personal experience prove that is true. New orient hotel is five star experience: staffs in the lobby is very kind and caring. They provided umbrella in rainy days. They opened the car doors with other hands making sure I do not hit the frame of the car when I hop in. Staffs in the second floor is kind and efficient. Especially a staff named Rose provided the chat/texting assistance service throughout my stay in hotel. She took care of me daily from if the room is feasible to my stay, travel maps, best time to visit han market, etcs. O was especially moved when she changed my room to a better location and place when I complained about the noise from party. She originally gave me a higher floor and shifted to a same level with quiet atmosphere. I think she provided me with the very best attitude. She represents what the new orient hotel is about. Last time, I stayed in vin-pearl waterfront. But I like this new orient hotel better in luxury room, cleanness, staff service, etc. i will come back next time to stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Booked a hotel taxi after checkout. It was recommended by hotel staff JENNIE. A taxi took me to Hoi An. I played from the afternoon until 10:00 at night, but the driver waited for me all the time. was very kind. The service at this hotel is excellent.

Great stay! It’s right off the river so it’s not super busy but still accessible. It is a quieter area which we liked because we travelled with a child. Walkable to a great restaurant Madame Lan. Within 5 min taxi to markets and malls nearby. Breakfast and and service here was excellent! They also had a great spa and nail salon just a couple doors down. If you don’t want too much hussle and bustle then this is the hotel for you. We upgraded to the suite and also received free airport pickup and spa vouchers. The spa was so great we visited twice!

We stayed 5 nights and we wouldn’t stay there again for more than 1 night sorry. Felt like skeleton crew with phones in front at all times.
We paid just under $200 aud a night and got much better 5* hotels with grand service for less in our 1 month stay in vietnam. This hotel was the biggest disappointment for us out of 6 5* hotels. I must be honest sorry.

Beautiful and clean property. However, I could hear everyone singing karaoke from the building next door even though I was reassured that I wouldn’t hear it. Also, something beeped in the room when I checked in then on the second night the AC started to make noise, I couldn’t sleep well. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Stayed here 5 nights with family in 2 rooms and totally enjoyed our stay. Hotel is walking distance to a few really nice restaurants serving Vietnamese and other Asian food. It’s also close to the Han River ferry terminal, if you plan to see the Dragon Bridge from the water on weekend. All the hotel’s staff are especially friendly and helpful, particularly Felix and Johnny at the concierge’s desk. Front desk’s staff were very helpful when we asked to change our rooms after the first night due to noise from the night club downstairs. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection and changes daily. We rented motorbikes through hotel to go to My Khe beach and the way is straight forward over the Dragon Bridge. City is motorbike friendly and it’s more fun than using rideshare. We highly recommend this hotel but request rooms away from the night club.

The roof top bar manager went out of his way to look after my family and I during these difficult times due to restrictions. After the bar closed he recomended another venue and I managed to enjoy the rest of the night.

This is a good value hotel, nicely designed and in good condition. The downside is that it is a bit out of the main shopping area, and the beach is also about a 4km taxi ride away.
During our stay there was very loud club music with the beat felt into the room, but at least it stopped around midnight.

I stayed in the suite for two days. But the room has no soundproofing at all. The noise from the outside is very loud. And the shower is clogged and overflowing. I want you to check. In addition, the Amenity provision is not smooth, and the theorem is not perfect. All of these should not be shown in a suite of four-star hotels.
And the service of restaurant staff is the worst. I visited breakfast twice, dinner twice, tea time once, five times in total. I don't have anywhere to go around. All services, menu descriptions, calculations, and services are unskilled and require education. This hotel looks good on the outside, but the service and quality are very poor.

We had the apartment it was amazing, also we had a driver, Tom, he was am awesome guy took us to places we would never have found and made our two day trip the best days out.

New hotel, so employees needs more experience. One of the best breakfasts, but some problems for booking and payment/invoicing.

I had a pretty nice experience during my stay. The staff was very professional and helpful. Just it was a bit noisy sometimes, noise from the pool, noise from the street. And the wifi was not very stable. Overall the experience was great.
