I don’t going to stay here never again. Bad experience. The bed was dirty the carpet was dirty has like cookies in the floor, the fridge has old food, the room smell cigarette, the toilet and the bed had hair the person who had stayed before me, horrible experience.

The hotel was good but the loud people
outside was annoying. Staff was great and
finding me tea. Waffles excellent too! Off the beaten path.

Our experience was not good the moment we entered the hotel. The person who checked us in had no smile on her face as if she was doing us favor checking us in.
The rooms were basic, given this is Hilton and you would expect more given the price. One of our rooms had sink clogged which took couple hours to fix. The poor maintenance guy was great and was trying hard to fix it but it reflects on the overall condition of hotel. Most of the plumbing fixtures were loose- sink faucet was ready to fall off, shower head was loose in the wall, toilet was running. On top of all of this the hilton room service is alternate days so if you are here for 1- 2 nights you are so out of luck.
Breakfast was mediocre, dont bother. Worst part the manager was yelling at the breakfast lady in front of the customers. How can you treat your customers well if you cant treat your employees well. Hilton do better !!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was just okay comfortable. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. Evening shower was extra long because of the water pressure, morning shower the water disappeared twice during the shower. It literally dribbled out when it came back on. Free breakfast was good and the service was satisfactory. There just happened to be hundreds of kids around and it was super loud and very hectic. Not really the hotels fault but a tough place for an overnight stay.

We had a nice stay although the pillows in the room are not good. No support. There are only 2 pillows in the room.

The rugs everywhere needs to be clean BADLY! They should have at least 2 persons at the reception desk. We were a lot of people who came in at the same time and it took 20 minutes before we could reach the reception desk.

The rugs in the hallways were filthy, the rug in room were dirty, the pullout bed had either human or animal hair. It was very stressful. We changed rooms the following day, but the 2nd room was not much different.

The room was huge , really good if you have kids, the kitchen has what u need(plates, cups, utensils, Coffee maker , bread toaster, dish soap..etc) .
In addition to this it’s very clean and very comfortable. People there were very nice and helpful . Housekeeper ladies were also very nice and did a great job . Thanks

The employees at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The lobby and breakfast areas were very clean. Lots of breakfast choices which was perfect.
The rugs on the 3rd floor down the right hallway outside some room doors were very dirty (stained or looked like bleaching was attempted). The rugs in our room had numerous stains as well and made me feel like they were dirty. Definitely should be replaced! The room did have a mild smell of cleaning supplies which was a little reassuring. Bathroom and kitchen areas were clean. Appliances were brand new.
Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable (oddly shaped).

I traveled to New Jersey for my mothers funeral and booked two rooms at this property. The desk clerks claimed I booked one room through Expedia and stated that the hotel was booked to capacity. I showed my prepaid reservation proving that I booked two rooms. They offered to refund me for one reservation and recommended that I seek another hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member. The desk clerk refused to call Hilton and Expedia to correct the matter. After 35 minutes I was able to call Hilton and Expedia and was able to get the corporate representatives to call the property and correct the error.

Please ensure that your housekeeping is trashing stained sheets. There should not be stained sheets on any bed in the hotel, brand new sheets can be purchased. In addition, please invest in good quality mattresses, the mattresses in the room is uncomfortable and left me in pain. Lastly, I’d suggest investing in a better breakfast selection. I’m sure the hotel’s revenue can make some improvements with everything mentioned.

The lady at the reception desk was so kind and helpful to us arriving in the middle of the night. The room was fabulous and though we didn’t use the kitchenette it has dishes and stuff. Pretty cool.
