Breakfast did not have any vegetarian option at all . They charged $10 extra for breakfast per person and sad that vegetarian option was not available

Loved everything about this hotel. Location, view from our room, comfortable bed, blackout shades.. I could go on. Definitely will stay again when we make another trip to Colorado.

Place was clean, neighborhood seemed safe. Room was upgraded and comfortable, best place I've stayed at in a while.
The only downside was the breakfast. Sausage was overcooked and had a burnt bacon consistency, eggs were overcooked as well.

Pool and hot tub not open- would have been nice to know before I booked it. Night staff was rude and impatient but morning staff was great. Bed was nice, shower had low pressure but was big but our favorite part was the breakfast! One of the best we have ever had. Overall it was a good stay.

Liked that it’s new and in a safe convenient area. Bummed pool and hot tub weren’t open — somehow I missed it was seasonal. Other than that solid stay.

We were in town for a sporting event. This hotel was just perfect for location. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay very much; look forward to staying at another property in the future.

Night audit charged me $110 extra. I eas told it would be fixed. Called again to check front desk didnt know what i was talking about. Still waiting for manager.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to all sorts of different entertainment and shopping, but far enough away that traffic and noise is not a problem. Amazing view

was bummed hot tub wasn't open. next time i will get the hotel next door because their hot tub was open and our backs were hurting from traveling. .

Mary was wonderful at check in and we were allowed in an hour early. Hot tub was enjoyable. Breakfast was fine. Stayed one night while passing through.

Woman working at front desk was amazing and super friendly! Rooms are nice and clean. Very safe place and family-friendly! Great breakfast and awesome pool and hot tub. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was great. Just one thing, the walls are very thin and we could hear everything the people said next to us very early in the morning. But I don't think there is much you can do about that. Otherwise, everything was great. The person who checked us in was so friendly and informative. Kudos to her as she did a great job and it was nice having someone so friendly greet us so late at night.

The day I was leaving the property, I left my stuff in a friend's room while attending a conference. They stayed an extra night. The cleaning staff cleaned out my friend's room completely. All our stuff was at the front desk. They threw away food and drinks left in the mini-fridge and snacks in the room.

The lady who check us in was super sweet a very helpful. Her name started with an L. She is a young lady with long dark hair. Shes a gem. Room was nice and clean and comfortable.

We were told that they were going thru a remodel in Oct. but our door handle to the room didn’t work all the time. The card reader at the pool didn’t work at all. The remote on the tv didn’t switch back and forth from dvd to tv always had to go get a staff member to do it for us. Other than that our stay was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly also would recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Northgate location. Staff was very kind and hospitable. The hotel was very nice and clean.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were "closed indefinitely" when we arrived. I understand things happen, but it would have been highly appreciated if a reduced rate was offered due to us not receiving the full services we were expecting with our booking. One of the primary reasons we brought our whole family for 2 nights was to be able to take advantage of the pool during downtime so we were highly disappointed it was closed and there did not seem to be any concern over a key feature being absent from our stay. The other major issue was the horrendous smell of our room. It overwhelmingly smelled like hot baked, wet gym socks from the moment we stepped in until we left. We tried room spray and other air freshening products but nothing helped. Never could identify a source. It was pervasive throughout. Aside from those issues, the staff was friendly and it otherwise would have been a fabulous place to stay. Good location, generally clean, good gathering areas (especially had the pool been open), nice breakfast, and friendly staff.
