Convenient location. Good parking. Modern look and feel. Quiet. Rooms are cold and uninviting. Price is more than other hotels of similar level in the area. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. This was painful for me - I like to have my coffee first thing in the morning when I get up without having to get dressed and go down to the lobby. And there was no way to make myself a cup of tea before I went to bed. I would accept this if it was a cheaper hotel, but it was actually more expensive, so I expected better. Cleanliness was pretty good, but seemed a bit unkempt. Sheets were not neat and crisp, shower stall edges could have used a thorough mildew removal. The up button on the thermostat was broken. I let the management know through a response to a text (twice), but noone did anything or responded. I used the end of my pen to increase the temperature. I will not choose this place again, for the price, more comfortable accommodations can be found in the neighbourhood.

Anelle the front desk help is Wonderful and very friendly! Nice MODERN hotel. Think Gen Z accommodations. If you are looking for huge rooms and a "classic stuffy old hotel" just keep going. BUT if you just want a clean and modern room to sleep and a fresh look this fits the bill. Breakfast was GREAT! BED is nice and firm but not hard. Shower water is Volcanically HOT! Wife loved it. Work out room well equipped equipment clean and in great condition. Will defiantly stay at a TRU property again. ONLY issue was some of the clientele.. quite noisy but what do you expect. PPL are just rude these days! Hey use a bluetooth or just hold the dang phone to your ear! You Doofus!

We liked the pool and the staff, the breakfast was amazing.

not a bad hotel. but the alarm clock and end table have something sticky all over it. It obviously was not looked over well during turn over. but the front desk service was great

No breakfast at 6 o'clock. Was late.

Dead of winter got in my room, the air conditioning was on it was 64 degrees in my room. Clock was wrong I couldn’t change the time so I just unplugged it, ironing board would not stay up to iron my clothes so I had to use it folded down & on top of the mini fridge & the little ledge in the shower looked like it was going to fall off the wall any minute. Place needs to be upgraded.
