Nice place next to highway. The noise from traffic can be high if you get the room in the block facing the highway.

I was over charged and never stayed in the room I paid for . I would never use Expedia again to book anything as you don’t do your homework about properties as they don’t know how to treat their customer.

I am in wheelchair ♿️ and they really treats me like a King the employees and their managers are fantastic. One guy his name was Douglas was really good.

The place is fabulous, and the service was great. Nice terrace. But one issue they have to work on is finding a way to contain or keep the flies away. Flies can easily distribute bacteria after landing on human or animal stool, dead bodies, and rotten things around us. So keeping flies away is very crucial.

Property Needs an update , very poor condition.
Bathrooms not cleaned properly , doors to balcony not closing properly, air condition just making noise instead of cold air .
Very poor property generally would rate as a 2 star not a 4 star property

Very convenient location. The front desk staff was helpful. Lifts were not working. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned and items were still in refrigerator and glasses had been used.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff accommodating.

I was disappointed with this hotel as it felt like I was staying in a motel. The elevator broke and I had to haul my luggage down 3 flights. It lacks cleanliness and maintenance. I booked according to the reviews but was sadly shocked that the ratings are the opposite of what I experienced. In fact, Mombasa is a disappointment, and I was happy that I only booked one day in this town. Never will I ever go back!!!

I had booked to treat my family in Kenya. The staff were very helpful offering excellent services. Food very good. Loved the cleanliness. The rooms are very spacious. Responded to any inquiries in a timely manner. Would definitely book again.

An amazing hotel in the middle of Mombasa. Ideal location with very easy transfers. Excellent communication and support before and during the trip, helping us book train tickets and meeting our safari guide. Hotel room, facilities and outdoor area were perfect. Very quiet and clean. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very special. The food was amazing and so much choice. They even made us take away breakfasts for our very early 5am starts. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel was much nicer than i had expected from reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. It was actually a lovely hotel and large rooms. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the the duvet which was super heavy and hot and there was no tpp sheet.

The staff was excellent especially Elijah he went above and beyond to make sure I was having a great stay. The food was also very good, and they even made us local dishes that weren't listed on the menu when asked.

A very affordable hotel and condition considered against the price paid, make it a good hotel to stay. You see is old and worn, need much maintenance. But this has no effect on the stay. Staff is helpfull, view from our room was great. Swimming pool and area around is good.
We had just 1 night stay over and for our purpose this was surprising good for the price.
We would defenatly use it again for short stay.

Pros: The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were well cleaned, the environment was peaceful and quiet, most staff are helpful and friendly and they allow you to get food/drinks from outside. Cons: there is no welcome drink if you are thirsty. The breakfast buffet was good but not lots of options. We were disappointed on one of the days that fries and sandwiches were not available which we thought are very basic for a hotel not to have and the reason given was there was no cooking oil. That was pretty shocking so we ordered from outside. The operations manager offered us a complimentary meal but they should do better. Lastly, there was a waiter named John at the poolside that always found a way to mess our orders and bring what we did not ask for *sigh*

Good expérience ... Staff is kind and buffet even for breakfast and dinner are not exeptionnal but daily fresh and tasty which was the most important.

The hotel looks good overall, but the sheets were old and stale. The elevator did not work, and neither did our toilet. We wasted a couple hours switching rooms. The hot water does gets cold quickly and the pool area smelled like sewer.
Its a convenient location and budget friendly. But if you're looking for comfort I would find somwhere else.
