Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & spacious. Beds were a little hard but not terrible. We enjoyed watching clouds & a thunder storm through the large windows.

The room was so nice for my needs. The bathroom facilities were so nice with all the handrails, and support for my 73 year old bones! The room was clean, the shade and curtains kept me room nice and dark since it was on the west side of the building. The breakfast was excellent!Loved my stay!

At check in the lady that checked us in was very polite and helpful. However, when we left to go to an event and returned later there were 2 young men at the desk who did not welcome us as we entered but instead as my daughters and I passed the desk we heard snickering and my eldest daughter who is heavy set looked back and by all appearances the young men were making fun of my daughter. To say the least not professional behavior and put a damper on our stay there.

All was very good except that the shower pan was slippery. As I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell completely to the floor. Thankfully I was not hurt. The shower pan was slippery over all and I had to be especially careful throughout my whole shower. There was a grab bar on the far side of the shower that could only be reached by getting all the way in. There was nothing to hold onto on entering the shower. Being 72 years of age, those things are significant. When I reported the experience to the receptionist, I was informed that the shower was up to code. If that is the case, it is scary.

Every staff person was amazing and kind. Aiden was especially helpful. The location is just on the outskirts of town, but I was still able to walk to some places. There is a nice place to eat right next-door, as well.

Second time staying here. Second great experience! Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. If I have occasion to be in Rexburg again, I will definitely stay here again. They also reinstated pre-Covid housekeeping again. Thank you for two great visits!!

Checking in was a nightmare. Hotels.com had to call twice to the property to have them receive the reservation. Front desk staff were not very helpful.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. The pool is tiny though, don't trust the photos. The check-in was very frustrating. The hotel/Orbitz sends you a message ahead of your check in stating that you need to use the Hilton app to get a digital room key. This doesn't work. Once you get to the hotel, you will still have to go to the front desk to check in. The agent at the desk said the digital key does not work for Orbitz reservations, and they have no access to the info since the app is not connected to them at all. A frustrating process.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and a great size, the shower was amazing (best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel), but there was only shampoo in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Instead, there was a bottle of body lotion. Also, there were some leftover goldfish crackers in the heater that were missed by housekeeping (obviously put there by some mischievous kids, lol). They were very pet friendly as well; I have two dogs I travel with, and they made sure I was in a room that had easy access to an outside door. Unfortunately, the bed was far too firm and the pillows far too soft.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The staff is very nice too. The place was clean. The morning breakfast offerings were good. However, I was totally disappointed with the mattress quality for this caliber of a hotel. We didn’t sleep well at all our entire stay.

We come here periodically as it's the halfway point for a very long trip to see family, and each time we come here it's an absolute delight. The front desk staff are very courteous. They are quick to point out facilities, available amenities, and they have a pleasing smile. The pool is well maintained. The parking lot and surrounding property is about as well maintained as it gets, the asphalt has no excessive cracking or potholes, the parking lines are recently painted, and the nearby restaurant has great food at good prices. The rooms are clean, we can't find any dirt on the carpet and the linens always have a fresh smell. The bathroom mirror is always spotless, and the bathroom smells clean. My son who's in his late teens and travels often made the remark "this is the nicest hotel I've been in, in like two years". Off the top of my head I don't know what other praise I can heap upon this place, but we always have a positive feeling whenever we stay here.

I been there before and never have an issue, first time I bring my pet, when I ask for clarification for the pet policy the girl in the front desk was rude to the point she told me “ find other hotel” I have my 80 years old mother after a long trip I told the receptionist that she was u profesional she just laugh on my face I walk away, today as I took off I check my account and I was double charge my pet, I call and a new person on the reception confirm that I was “mistakenly” double charge and she will take care. I wonder if the girl that was there Saturday afternoon did that on purpose, was horrible!

This place was very nice and new, however when you are staying in a hotel, there are 2 things you really want. One is a good night's sleep, and the other is a warm shower. For some reason, we could hear every single footstep of the occupants in the room above ours all night for both of the nights we stayed there. The footsteps would shake the light canisters in our room, and it was really difficult to get a good night's sleep. Then on both days, my shower water was pretty temperamental. It would start out hot, but then get cold, then warm up a bit and get cold again. That was frustrating. The building itself is really clean and well kept, but I would really have enjoyed it more if we could have gotten a good night's sleep.

This new hotel just off the main highway was very nice. It was fast enough off the highway that noise was not an issue. It odd on the south side of the campus and the city of Rexburg.

We thought this hotel was rather basic. The room was big but also blah. The sheets were not cotton and sort of polyester and made sleeping challenging- hot one minute but cold if you didn’t use. Not what we were looking for unfortunately.
