Roaches in room, AC didn’t work, dog barking across hallway all night, music playing loud all night next to us. Hallway filthy. Worst experience ever. I called and was told I would get full refund. Still haven’t gotten it.

I had the reservation for 4/12 and my credit card was charged that day so I was not expecting any issues with my reservation. However, they called me around midnight saying that they had cancelled my reservation and had no available rooms. I had to look for a place to stay at 1 AM in the morning - not a safe situation for my family and I. This horrible incident put my family at risk and Studio-6 has still not refunded my money and the General manager(Megan) does not have the courtesy or the sense to call me and apologize. I have called them several times and keep getting the runaround. I definitely think that Hotels.com should look into this and do a follow-up.

Horrible experience I could NOT sleep. Room was ugly. Stinks a lot. I feel like i have fleas in ALL. Body. I asked for a refund in the Hotel and also with Hotels.com never gave it to me. The hotel was in very BAD CONDITIONS. this is my second time i had BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOTELS.COM. I recommebded you guys to. Take your TIme and INSPECT the facilities. Almost twice a year. I drive 4 hours away. I decided ti change to another hotel because it was a very important activity for my son. Once again. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING. YOU NEVER REFUND MY MONEY

The stay was uneventful and pleasant. It was perfect for
what we were looking for........safe and clean before we
traveled on.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, though the pillows left a lot to be desired. Every day, the elevator and hallways absolutely reeked of pot. I had to keep a towel under my door whenever I was there to help keep the pot smell from coming into my room from the hallway.

The parking lot lights never came on and it didn’t seem like the safest area of town. Also,

Upon settling in the room we pulled back the sheets of the beds and there was blood stained on one and what looked like urine on the other bed. We were going to call front desk to get clean sheets to discover that the the phone did not have a receiver handle nor was it plugged in. Did feel aafe to go down in the night to let fron desk know. We slept in our clothes and on top of the bed and when we took a shower , the towels were filthy.

First of all, it was never stated as an "extended" stay Studio 6. 2nd it was in the worst part of town possible. Way too dangerous. 3rd, there was absolutely no parking at all for my pickup truck. 4th, Kids were screaming at 3:00 am when I arrived to check in. 3:00 am screaming kids. Nonetheless, I did not check in and did not stay.

This place is a hidden gem. The front desk clerk, Brittany, was wonderful. It's clean, comfortable, and not a bank breaker. I mean, how many places can you find with a full kitchen, a bathroom that works exactly the way it's supposed to, and a comfortable bed. It even has a small eating area. And the rooms are not tiny by any means. Goodbye Marriott!

Front desk staff was friendly and helped promtly. Beds were comfortable, but they are full size (not queen). Room was clean, but we stayed at a non-smoking floor and the cigarette smell was soo strong in the room (and the full hallway) that I could barely sleep. We did not request a room change because it was late and we were too tired.

The room smelled like stale smoke in the “nonsmoking” room. Cigarette burns in the blanket and hairs that made me question if the sheets were washed.

At first i thought i cought a head cold and to find out i couldn't breath the whole time due to many cats living in hotel witch i am highly allergic to.

No amenities in the room, no lights in the restroom and very loud by the high way traffic. Staff was nice and friendly.

This hotel is great for a short, budget friendly stay. It is not the most comfortable but based on the category it’s in it gives a little more than expected. The room was sizable and very clean, and even had a little kitchenette with a full size fridge. Also, the staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant overnight trip for my family of three.

Room was very clean....except the bathroom had an unfortunate "sewage" smell..possibly related to recent freezes?. I've stayed at this Hotel often.. this was my first time on the first floor. There was either a party or construction going on around/ above me.. stay was pleasant as always.

There was roaches in the room. I had to wait about 10 minutes in the front before the receptionist came to help. She was hanging out with a very suspicious guy smoking around all the hotel. Did not feel safe with my kids. In the morning a car had been damaged by a plant pot it had broken the windows on the car.

Smelled like Marijuana in the lobby when i got there and through the weekend, someone said their window in their car got busted in as i was checking in, my door to my room was cracked open when i got there, extended stay but no utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, nothing. Wifi was out most of my trip. You can find better!

Stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago and since then has gone downhill. Killed 3 cockroaches and would have left and gone elsewhere but it was past midnight and was a last minute booking as surrounding hotels had no rooms available. Will avoid this hotel going forward.

Amazing stay, had a couple of complications with my booking, but the incredible staff and management assured and guaranteed my stay! Overall extremely clean and comfy, Jasmine is extremely helpful and is excels in customer care! I will definitely be staying again!

I did reserve this hotel because of the location close to work & the kitchen, but during my stay, wi-fi was not working at all, hotel had no Wi-fi working, spectrum was there trying but they didn't fix it. during the night there were loud noises all night long I couldn't sleep, I did ask the manager and he only said that they had homeless people on the top floor, then 1 day that I came back from work, water was dripping from the ceiling because the people on the top floor left the water faucet open, and they change me to another room.. my stay was not as I expected.

I did not like it due to the front office smelled like smoke and Marijuana when you walk in. There were fleas. We all got bitten. No pots, utensils or anything to cook with.

Ummm, where do I start? The place was crawling w sketchy people outside! This one tattooed dude from head to toe walks in….umm , no!
The girl at the front desk was an airhead.

Terrible!!! We had a lot of roaches inside the room, we can’t even sleep with our kids there, the roaches were everywhere big ones and tiny ones… don’t recommend it at all!! -0/10

We checked in and our room was full of small roaches. All over the room and also in the shower. We had no choice but to stay one night. Early the next morning we checked out and told the staff about it and told them we were not going to stay out second night. Over all we only used one night and lost money because we checked out one day before our due date.

the pictures online look way nicer than it was. Its in kind of a bad area. Rooms weren't very nice and looked old. Was not happy with it.
