Arrived late @ 1am. Greet by staff and quick check in. Booked 1 bedroom suite because of the low price given in online. This was my 5-6th time visited here and always my choice if had business in kl.

Cleanliness very bad
Room design too bad as the toilet door is facing the bed!
Swimming pool is super dirty
During peak hours, you need to wait atleast 45min for the lift!.
Luckily the morning buffet breakfast is good, but you need to come early or else need to wait in long que for your table.

The bathroom door is broken and there's a lingering unpleasant smell in the room. The cleanliness is good.

Too many people, including workshop participants, making it not that suitable to relax, meeting/discussion room facing/ near the pool, making many uncomfortable to swim, but the plus point is the view of KLCC and KL Tower from our junior suites

saya dah tempah bilik bersama sarapan. tetapi pihak hotel mengatakan saya tidak bayar utk sarapan. oleh itu saya tpaksa bayar rm60 utk sarapan saya sekali lagi. bila saya check dalam itternary yg dihantar oleh expedia kepada saya memang tkejut ada sarapan. Why itternary Expedia tidak sama dengan pihak hotel tamu?? ini sangat menyusahkan pelanggan.

Check in took half an hour, hotel is very badly maintained, dirty walls etc., swimming pool impossible to use since its full of people swimming in clothes, nothing to eat on breakfast, there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the top, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, it was written that room service is available 24 hours, but actually they were closing everything around 11 pm.

The staff is realy nice, but the hotel itself requires an upgrade. Inculding gym, pool, room and etc. The are a lot of things which do not work properly. For that price there are a lot of better options in KL.

- service was not nice. sketchy rates, different every time we asked to add an extra night... and slooooow!
- location is right next to a mosque, so... noisy unless you don't mind!
- breakfast is horrible! You have to fight to get anything! Even a clean fork.
- other than that, you are 15 min walk from the petrona towers.

The hotel location next to a Mosque site makes some unforgettable due to the early prayers. The hotel policy of cleaning rooms every other day must be changed to daily.

Dont book the 2 bedroom suite if you want to have klcc view or kl tower view. You will just get Istana Budaya view and HKL. However, you can have klcc n kl tower view from the pool at level 14.
Check-in was fast however the staff did not brief the check out time, breakfast time and place, which lift to use (2 bedroom suite have to use the back/parking lift), wifi usage etc. He just check my ID and payment. Then give the room card and nothing else. I have to ask about the details but I didnt expect about the lift so was a bit lost with my old parents going here and there to find the right lift.
The room was spacious and furniture was okay looks new. Camera security install to see whoever rings the door bell

The front desk manager in charged at that time was very helpful. Friendly working staff. Room accommodation @ 32nd floor (2 bedroom suite) was very satisfactory. Got balcony. Breakfast lots of variety to be chosen. perfect ! Go to 14th floor pool area where u can get the best view of kl @ night. Overall the best hotel so far i had stayed.

location was good for street food. View of petronas tower from hotel is limited unless you are in common areas.
Free breakfast is ok. However if you are staying longer, you will be disappointed to eat same breakfast menu every day

Well, you get what you pay for. Oddly, there is nothing really wrong with the place. The rooms are perfectly acceptable. The lobby feels 5 star-ish. The building looks like it should be 5 star. BUT, nothing really hangs together. The restaurants are really devoid of character, the local area is cut off from the centre of KL, and worse of all, the pool was dirty and I was not prepared to use it. So checked out (was refunded my last night) and went to the Mandarin Oriental. Chalk and cheese. But double the price. So, if on a budget and want a 5 star feel, this could be for you. If you want a proper 5 star experience, dont!

Big hotel in the middle of kampung baru kl in chow kit area. The room was big but need to take care of cleaning the room, as hairs were on the bathroom floor. The iron was there but without ironing board. The check in staff were not profesional and needed more training because they keep on talking among themselves when the customers at the counter. Can't find any convenient store nearby.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating, good food but the issue is cleanliness; there was a dead cockroach on the corridor and dust mites at the chair.
