Way better than expected. This place was better than my first apartment. I only stayed one night but I was super impressed with how efficiently the large space was used. The rooms were twice the size of another downtown hotel and cheaper too.

Room was really great - very spacious. Updated and had a kitchen! Breakfast was ok, but wish they would have offered some kind of fresh eggs, not just reheated breakfast sandwiches that were kinda yuck.

Wonderful location (close to Monticello and other local sites) and nice amenities (breakfast, pool, gym). Trash had not been taken out, though, and there was food left in it. Empty dishwasher was running and beeping when we arrived.

Hotel was above what I expected. Very clean with the exception of a few areas of the bathroom.

Very good for families because of the full size fridge and equipped kitchen. Rooms are clean and the air is clean. A bit too much smell of cleaning products. Breakfast is sugar with sugar but apart from that, good enough.

Room wasn’t too bad for the price. Felt new and clean. Front desk staff was indifferent to nonexistent. Biggest downside was perhaps the worst breakfast bar ever for a hotel of this class. Not much to write home about to begin with and totally picked over. So if you are a big breakfast fan, definitely consider going off site.

Breakfast could be better. Premade breakfast sandwiches and waffle iron. Good coffee available all day. Bottled water only for “Hilton Honors members “. Expensive for what you get.

Breakfast could use some improvement. They didn’t keep food stocked in a timely fashion and the counters could be wiped down more frequently.

Nice building, but built right next to an active train track that runs all through the night! The window in 433 looks at the back of an ugly food warehouse and to the left is the train track. Trains woke me up as I was falling asleep at 11:30 pm, 2:30 am, and 4 am! These aren't short and rumble the room. Why was this built here? At least warn customers instead of pretending it's not there.

Came to the room after a night out around 1am, key didn't work so they let us in, door lock kept beeping, they said they couldn't fix it, told us to switch rooms (which was on another floor), so we had to pack up and move, get to the room and there was only one bed, we booked/paid/and had 2 beds. Had to go back down and get another room, which they didnt want to do. After "finding" a room with 2 beds (2 doors down), they asked me to go back up and check if its ok... I said as long as it had 2 beds. They gave me a bottle of water for my troubles.

Property was in a great location, room was clean , spacious and updated. Breakfast was good, staff were great. My only complaint was the water, or lack of hot water. We went to a football game in the cold , really wanted to take hot showers when we came back but that didn’t happen. The next morning we had the same issue, I would say it was warm at best. We still had a great time and enjoyed.

Very nice hotel but there was no hairdryer. I called front desk requesting one but it was never delivered. I’m glad I didn’t wash my hair before I realized I couldn’t dry my hair.

Cleaning staff is excellent. This was possibly the cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely meticulous.

It was easy to access from University Square and John Paul Jones. The blinds in our room would not work and was very bright in our room.

Easy walking distance to all the nearby shops, restaurants and breweries. The free breakfast was amazing, they served homemade waffles, a variety of breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bowls and plenty more. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Great experience

Everything was great! We went as a little get away and celebrate my daughters bday. Decor was cool and she loved it! The fire pit was cool too! They got to swim a little and they also have breakfast. I would come again.

The breakfast was probably 2 stars out of 5 - a sustenance breakfast. And in these days of energy efficiency, it’s getting hard to find a newer property whose windows can be opened for fresh air to aereate the Polyphenl smells in the stain-resistant products these places are usually built of - this was probably the only drawback to the property.

Overall fine. Breakfast got boring after second day. Ran out of shower gel and shampoo but replenished when asked.

On arrival I was told I have checked in. Which obviously was not the case. My room was given to another guest with same last name. The front desk personnel stated my husband Andrew Miller checked us in. My husband is not Andrew my husband was standing next to me at the checkin desk. The worker said they called me to confirm. I did not receive a call. They asked my phone number which was not what they called.
They tried to argue that I was in the wrong.
They obviously did not follow proper checkin steps. No ID was checked, no cc was placed on file. My information and credit card was on that reservation and I was going to be charged but I shouldn’t be because I used my hotels.com points.
Very upset that a HILTON property let this happen. I’m upset also because there was no I’m sorry. Not good customer service.

Over all is ok but the property is a little old

Unfortunately, the hotel was not clean or well maintained inside or outside.
The reception area had dusty shelves around the coffee area and dining area. Floors in hallways had bleach stains.
Grass was overgrown in different parts outside the property.
The breakfast options were limited and shelves above food serving areas were dusty.

Room was great! We had a curtain to separate the space. We used the closet as a changing room if we needed it. The breakfast food offered was not the typical breakfast food. However, unfortunately, it was not a great breakfast. We liked that they tried to offer something different, but it sat in a case under heat lamps, which took away the appeal and freshness.we also loved that we could bring our dog for a small fee.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It seemed like the cleaning crew was a bit short staffed. Overall, the rooms were clean, but it seems that there has not been a deep cleaning in a while. There was an incredible amount of garbage under the bed. I wish I hadn’t drop some thing and noticed that.

Facilities were clean and up to date. Suite was large enough to share with teenagers. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and a refrigerator that was larger than the standard mini fridge in most hotel rooms. Free breakfast offered the standard items. Would definitely stay here again.
