This hotel had an 8.8 rating so i would expect it to be clean and in good condition. The lobby was dirty both floor and couch/chair. The room appeared as though the cleaning people just changed the sheets and nothing more. the floors were dirty both debris and stains. The dresser and table tops had a gritty surface. The night stand light on one side (the preferred side) did not work. the towel bar in the shower was coming loose. The closet rod was coming out of the wall so all your cloths slid to one side. The couch was so dirty i would not sit on it. The first morning i was woken to construction sounds. They were working on every room around me. I thought when work was done at hotels they blocked out rooms so the customers werent disturbed. Had i not prepaid i would have left and gone to another hotel. I wont be prepaying in the future.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Had a issue on the 2nd day when key card didn't work but just a miss key on nights being stayed. Will be back to this location next time visiting Denver. Good continental breakfast and nice having laundry on every floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a great variety of breakfast items. The airport shuttle was very convenient . Public transportation was less than a mile from the hotel.

We were moved out of the comfort inn with suites and indoor pool to a BW with 2 double beds, outdoor pool ( - 10 degrees).

They told us after our second day stay that we would have to call for room service since Covid happened. There were a lot of refugees in, out, and around the facility at all times.

Tons of refugees making you feel out of place. Potentially unsafe. Employees were helpful and nice. I wouldn't stay again even though the reason i stayed was because I had before and had a good experience. Not again though.

Arrived to find over 100 people in the parking lot and lobby, making us feel uneasy. Front desk person said there owner is “helping the community”, not sure if it was legal or not but it was evening time and very unsettling. Room was sub par, many items that needed maintenance- see photos, also found hair on the “clean towels”. The walls were so thin we could hear the room next to us until very late in the evening which made it difficult to sleep well for an early rise to the airport. Thankfully this was only 1 short night, wouldn’t stay again.

This property was being used to house the homeless when we visited. No less than 50 were hanging out in the parking lot and 50 more inside. No mention of this when booking the property for my family including children. Won’t be booking this one ever again

When we first pulled into the facility there were alot of people hanging out in the parking lot and front lobby entrance area. The hotel overbooked our suite and tried to give us one room for 8 people to stay in. After awhile they did comp us another room but it was a hassle. There was a very large group of what looked like families staying at the hotel. At least 200 people. Very noisy. Rooms and hotel itself were very clean and staff worked to the best of their abilities with the amount of people that were there. Shuttle was right on time both times we used it.

There were large groups of men and a few women hanging around the parking lot. It made my wife and myself very uncomfortable being stared as we entered the hotel. My wife was very upset when she took our dog for a walk.

I am only giving a 2 star instead of a one star because the staff was very nice and our room was very clean and nice, but…
1. Only one elevator was working the first day and the cleaning crew crept using it with their carts so it took forever to get on, then both elevators were out of order the second day so we had to haul all of our luggage down the stairs.
2. The pool and the gym were closed the whole stay. My kids were very disappointed.
3. It looked like they were replacing a bunch of furniture and stuff and were making a ton of noise even at night hauling it all into a truck. We had to sleep with the tv on to cover all the banging noises.
4. This hotel was housing and busing illegals in and out. There were around 30-40 people just standing around in the parking lot all day with a ton of them sitting and standing in all around the hotel, some banging on doors. Some of them seemed drunk at night. It looked like they bused them out in the morning and 30-40 more showed up hanging out in the parking lot, some just standing in the middle of the road so I had to try and drive around them.
5. The whole dining area was curtained off just for the illegals to eat. They had the customers eating in the lobby with pre-packaged breakfast, wasn’t the greatest food.

Hundreds of refugees wondering around the property with nothing to do. An extremely uncomfortable place to be. Third world men lining the halls and staring menacingly at me for simply going about my business. Constant fire alarms, security on patrol at night investigating a "disturbance" questioning me on my whereabouts. Absolutely despicable, will never stay with this corporation (Best Choice) again.

What stood out to me was how clean the room smelled! The bathroom was immaculate, the bedsheets looked practically new. All around excellent experience. Plus the front desk gentleman was very polite and helpful.

THIS PROPERTY IS TRASH! Their shuttle service is not 24hrs as they advertise and left my family and I sitting outside the hotel after the front desk employee kept repeatedly telling me the shuttle was on its way. No shuttle from 12am- 3:59am!

Area was ok. But I booked this particular hotel and the particular room for a purpose. We’ll come to find out some how the power cord was cut to the tub which is the main reason I got the room. They didn’t discount me nor did they try to offer me another stay as all the rooms were occupied. I won’t come back!

This used to be our favorite hotel in Denver. It's become very run down. Bathroom had multiple bad spots on the lower wall from previous water damage. Night front desk gentleman was awesome.
