Everything was very good.. except the area we were staying had a youth baseball and soccer tournament.. which is the root of the problem we had at the hotel. For 2 nights, some young child kept running and jumping from about 11:00 PM till 1 AM, in the room above us.. front desk took care of it, after we told them on day 2 about the problem… other than that, the hotel is very good and we would definitely stay there again.

It was just a quick pre-flight stay for us. But the room was wonderful, beautifully appointed. Also, very clean and totally quiet. Super convenient to the rental car return and ONT. Very nice way to start the journey home.

Its a nice hotel in a good location. Beds are comfortable, rooms are large, staff are nice. Good breakfast selection in the mornings. However, it is very noisy, you can hear everything in the hall and outside. Elevators are super slow. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the lobby to check in, no staff in site. Overall decent place to crash for the night.

I have stayed at this Hotel twice when we have gone to concerts at the Toyota Arena, it’s so close by. the rooms are clean and have everything you need

Overall a really nice place to stay. The hot tub was not working for the 2 days we were there. There was no housekeeping if you stayed more than one night.

When I walked up to check in Matthew was at the desk. He was so friendly and efficient, making my check in so easy. Matthew answered all my questions. The other 2 times I went to the check in desk both girls answered my questions. You have a great staff and your customer service was amazing. I am in the customer service industry myself and felt that it was top notch. I will be sure to check out more of your properties. Mangement should acknowledge your staff.

They claim they clean the room every other day. They did not. They skipped 3 days and when complained, they give you the run around and just said, just request towels and you’re good

A much better stay than i did the evening prior in LA. Almost twice as much (on a Thursday),and run down. Whenever possible, I stay at a Springhill as much as I can.

Our room was spacious and very clean!

Clean hotel, staff was friendly. The issue we had was with the air-conditioner in our room. We could not sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time. Any time the air would kick on, the damn thing was so loud, it would wake us up. We asked to have it looked at while we were out, and it did not change. We are exhausted from the inability to have had any real sleep, but everything else was good.
