My stay at this hotel was great. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts for the overall rating is because I left my phone there and "Find my iPhone" shows I did and they said they didn't find it. I called two days later and they're gonna tell me they didn't clean the room yet and they went and looked and it wasn't there. They lied because housekeeping had already knocked on my door to clean the room before I left. That means the man at the desk lied. He's gonna say, they put the room in ice. What hotel doesn't clean the rooms as soon as the guests leave? The only reason to lie is that someone found the phone. Another thing is, I had some things delivered. They just took my items and put them in the back without even speaking with me. I had to ask where my things were and was informed I couldn't have them in the room. I get that but you talk to me, you don't just take my things and I have to ask you where they are. While the service was good and the people were courteous, otherwise, I won't be back. I don't do business with liars and thieves.

I utilize a wheelchair for mobility and many hotels offer accessible rooms that aren't very good. My room was large with a very accessible bathroom that proved to be perfect for our stay. We plan to come here again during future visits to near-by family.

We stayed in a handicapped room but there was a horrible musty smell. The hotel was unable to do anything.

Great location with an easy checkin and nice staff. The main lobby and public areas were clean. The rooms themselves have pros and cons. Rooms were spacious and have what you need, but the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom is showing some age and has some poor fixture/design choices.

Was pleasantly surprised of location, amenities and the pleasant encounters with each staff member during our 3 night stay. It was a pleasure and I will return to this hotel in the future.

Was a small red (maybe blood) stain on the top blanket and it had dirst or something in the sheets. The breakfast was mediocre and didnt have very many vegetarian options.

Front desk person was very accommodating. We arrived a few hours early and they found a room for us that was ready.

Staff is always friendly! My only wish is that the pool was open earlier for exercise purposes.

Provided lotions and conditioner were exceptional. The snack bar was pretty good. The common spaces were really nice and spacious. The front desk was very helpful and attentive to needs and requests. There were two items that needed repair in the room. But they did not take away from our overall experience during our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Facility well maintained.

Super clean room with everything we needed. Mini fridge and coffee setup was very convenient. Our only issue was the bathroom door not shutting completely because it doubled as the closet door.

We stayed here while miving and between houses for a couple days. It was very comfortable and the staff was great.

One of my favorite spots every time I come here I’m treated kindly! The male receptionist Jarell/Rell not really sure how to spell it is very kind and soft spoken with a good sense of humor I appreciate the people that work here and thank them for making me comfortable

Hotel was well situated, staff were good, breakfast was good, room was clean and well laid out, and it was nice and quiet at night. But mattress was too firm, and upholstery on sofa and couch pillow were stained and torn - not appetizing at all.

I always come to swarthmore to visit my older son at college and it’s great to have to hotel close by that’s always consistently clean and cozy.

The service is terrible. No attention to detail. They never clean the rooms, I stayed there for four nights and they cleaned it on the third night after I complained. It was done in a hurry and they left it dirty. The beds were barely done, no plastic bags in the trash can in the room or the bathroom, no plastic bag in the ice bucket. I even had to go get clean towels myself. It was the worst hotel that I've stayed at. I will never return to that hotel again.

This is an odd excellent location, friendly staff, and very clean and update hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was located very convenient to our relatives and to the many great restaurants in Media.

Parking and breakfast included, there is a pool, and the facility was clean! We would stay again
