We had handicap accessible room. It was very nice with the exception of the bathroom door. It was very hard to slide. We had a great stay and everyone was so helpful and nice

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. All areas of the Hotel including the room was very clean. They had a wonderful breakfast; it was one of the best we have had for a while.

We had a wonderful stay! We were 20 minutes from Frankfort where our events were so we weren’t in the over booked hotels. It was spacious and clean!!

The HVAC unit in the room was very very noisy. I had to turn it off while sleeping at night.
This was the same issue for our previous stay as well which I gave my comment. It appears the management hasn’t done anything about it.
I am not sure why you guys ask for feedback if management doesn’t do anything about these kinds of issues.

Very clean room, bed was super comfortable, hot breakfast was great and I loved the indoor pool. It’s a great value for the money in this area and I would definitely stay here again. Great location too! Right next to Kroger and several restaurants.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Clean, well lit rooms with soft beds and *labeled* options for firm or soft pillows. Excellent breakfast options, friendly staff, easy check in. The only negative thing I can say is that there was a light on in the room when we arrived that took us a while to find the switch to turn off, but that has far more to with us arriving around 1am and being stupid tired than any actual flaw with the hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional.

The barking dog in hallway early morning wasn't exactly pleasant. No access to pool was surprising. Missing some towels. Other than that very nice stay

Location was convenient for our stay, just passing through. The hotel was clean, pool was closed but exercise room was nice. The noise level from the room above us was less than ideal and you could hear conversations from the room next door. Breakfast was decent but some fresh fruit would have been nice, there was only apples. Overall no major complaints.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check in was fast and easy. Location was great around a lot of eating places. Breakfast was not so great so we went out for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel

It's ok, nothing close by except fast food and a Kroger's. Couldn't get the business center printer to print and staff couldn't help. Pool was closed and no sign of anyone working on it.

The checkin experience was excellent. After a long day of traveling the lady at the front desk was welcoming, efficient and very helpful. I also appreciate her assistance with a special request to ensure I would make it to my final destination in time. My stay was brief, but I wish that the AC unit was quieter during the night.
