First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.

It was brilliant and couldnt have asked for more!! The team of guest relation did the needed to celebrate my wifes virthday, the staff upgraded our room and complimentary breakfast. It was a birthday to remember

The hotel is really nice and it has one of the best beaches in the UAE. It is really clean and people are friendly and nice. Check in was bad. We were given a wrong room. We had to go back to reception and they had to check, which wasted quite some time. Also our room was not upgraded but they gave us complementary breakfast to make up for the room mixup

The upgraded suite was stunning, the team kindly left us some goodies. The staff were amazing, definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had

Loved the property. Loved the staff service and attention to detail. The restaurants were great. Someone in our group was in a wheelchair and we had kids. The hotel facilities was accomodative for both and the staff were trained well trained. I woukd definitely stay there again. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

The room was not properly described. It was not ocean view and was ground floor garden view. Very disappointed to pay too dollars for this ground floor room.

The service and foof is terrible , not VIO treament not even they give me a late checkout, I will never come back

Great getaway hotel for families and couples

Excellent location on beach. Annoying how far the ladies restroom is currently from the beach- having to go into main building and through restaurant.

Location of the hotel is great. By taxi you can get everywhere within 20-30min. Hotel has clean, has beautiful beach with a soft sand and offer pretty good services on the beach (bar service, complimentary water, towels, sunbeds… They even have a toys for kids to play with them in the sand). Pool area is really nice, with a bar, sunbeds and clean water in the pools. Food at White restaurant was really delicious. Morning service at the breakfast was really busy, therefore you have to wait a little bit for a coffe etc. Rooms are clean and spacious. We asked for a kids step stool for our 3years old son in the evening. They told us they will bring it the next day but they never did. The reception team was kind of condescending (to be exact 2 of them I have dealt with). They did what they had to do, but the attitude was there. I had a feeling that I was bothering the lady during our check in and she was holding her eyes not to roll them really badly. Other staff besides 2 receptionists was really great, helpful. After our stay I noticed a discrepancy in the invoice, so I emailed the hotel ([email protected]) asking for explanation. Did not received an answer yet (after 2 days). Before they were answering emails within hours. So be carefull with the invoice at the end of your stay and double check it. They act nice and interested when they want your money. The minute they got it, they loose interest.

5 star hotel and amazing beach. Food is 3 star, and overpriced for the quality. Pool and beach area service is very slow. 25-40 min wait for any order from coffee to food, which is greatly frustrating. Staff seems stressed and lack of personal even without high number of guests. Management should fix this issue as staff is doing their best to service. Ending up getting the pasta you waited 40 min on for free doesn’t help when you and your kids are hungry.

We had a great stay . The facilities are to notch and the service is very careful. On the last day I stubbed my toe and was bleeding and the lifeguard at the adult pool did a great job caring for me - bandaged it as good as any doctor.

the cost of drinking and eating a bit exaggerated

Excellent new hotel, very clean and has everything you need however the service was painful, waiting over 20 mins for a drink when sat at the pool bar and upon checking out was another 30 mins whilst they checked the mini bar despite me telling them I had nothing from it

Hotel is very nice and modern . Rooms are nice and modern but no function . Sofas were places way far from tv not all drawers open due to wrong placement. NO mirror in the bedroom although there is a space for it above the hairdresser. Instead they put a tiny useless mirror. Mirrors in bathroom also not functional as they are fully designed and decorated u barely can see yourself. No small plates no glass cups not enough bins no hangers for towel . I think the interior was aimed to look good but you get frustrated from no functionality in the room. Buffet was ok although the area where is buffet is gets extremely crowded as you just have less then a meter to walk all around.

Very clean and modern. The restaurants were all top notch. The beach is amazing, so clean and so close to the hotel.

It was not what we expected. The resort is ok, but the service and the food was way below of what we expected.

This resort is excellent and enjoyable, also is very good for families with kids.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Rooms are excellent. Food and drink are very expensive E.g. £30 for a burger at the pool bar for lunch or £10 for a beer! Water sports equipment is very limited and again very expensive to rent. Staff are very friendly and smile but service can be chaotic by the pool/beach.

Staff was confused about my VIP benefits. Room upgrade was not offered. Pricey food options Breakfast was excellent. Beach was really nice.

Very nice experience for my wife and myself. EVERYONE was courteous and kind. Breakfast was made to order or selected from an assortment of choices. Our room was clean and drinking water, coffee and tea were furnished and on request. Very lovely property.
