Fantastic location with direct access to the sea. Beautiful, comfortable and clean room with all the facilities you would need. They were very kind in changing the dates of our stay due to matters beyond our control and were able to book a taxi on our behalf and a guide to facilitate a tour of Cienfuegos. The staff were very good. We would definitely stay again. Slight negatives were that their menu was in USD making it very expensive for Cuban standards, although the food was a good quality and there seemed to be no hot water when we stayed but these factors would not stop us returning.

Lovely location and good restaurant. Lovely member of staff that did check-in helped us sort a shared taxi to Havana. The room rate was high though for the standard of room compared to elsewhere in Cuba and breakfast was extra and nothing special.

Loved the service! It was wonderful to be personally greeted by Solangel's warm smile and a welcome cocktail. We appreciated that she was always close by for recommendations on sights and to arrange transportation.

Really nice hostel. The staff is friendly en wil help you with whatever you need. Englisch is spoken. The room was big, clean en the bed was comfortable.
