Hotel was very clean. The AGM was very friendly. Bed was on the hard side and you shouldn't serve the scrambled eggs. I would definitely stay again.

Great service, friendly staff and I was scared because it's been my wife's and my curse to go on a couple's trip and every single time there's a Unversity sporting team staying on the same floor as us so we get no sleep, but, this place did it smart and placed them somewhere else, the only times you ever heard loud voices was in the elevators, who cares about that? I digress, the issue was the bed, it's too low, a standard bed should be at knee height, this was half way down to my ankle, and I'm 6'5 nothing special, mine and my wife's back was in pain the next day, and the shower was NO PRESSURE. Don't get me wrong, I will never complain about a HOT shower, my house lasts for 20 minutes, this was ENDLESS, but no pressure is like someone pouring soft water on your head and calling it hard water which is what cleans you. No pressure, weak shower, designed to look like a Monsoon shower but it's weaker than the Holiday Inn.

I thought the beds were exceptionally comfy. They made my night sleep very, very nice. The shower made my hair feel like butter and the room was very spacious. I like the blue on the wall in the bathroom. The towels were very nice. They could get better hair dryers because they’re very loud and very, very hot.

The hotel is in a very convenient location .Not too busy with many stores near by. Very nice convenient to major sites.
The disappointment was breakfast was served only on Wednesday until Sunday. Also breakfast was only available from 7until 9 am. We were on vacation we didnt want to rush out the door so we missed breakfast for the three days were there.

Very close to several good restaurants. The hotel was booked with hockey and volleyball teams. Only 1 hostess for breakfast and she seemed overwhelmed. Only 2 flavors of yogurt- 1 of which was strawberry which I'm allergic to.

Hotel was very clean, amazing staff, pool & hot tub were great. My family really enjoyed making their own waffles for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. It's also in a great location with beautiful mountain views!

No breakfast available on Monday morning due to weather and no solution/alternative/compensation for it.

Excellent place and great service team. The exercise equipment(s) were out of service and there was no juice for breakfast. Otherwise a great place.

Vomit stain on the floor for two days by the elevators. Majority of exercise equipment was out of service. Cable tv was out of service as well as the juice dispenser at breakfast. Was very disappointed with this property.

Modern, clean. Great breakfast. Hard working breakfast staff keep everything clean and well stocked. Pool room was very cold. Pool itself was clean as was hot tub. Great dining options just a short walk away.

Rooms were nice. There was a semi loud humming outside the window from some type of mechanical device. Other than that, it was a nice location, easy to park and friendly staff.

Very disappointing floor was sticky black stuff on shower floor. Lots of car noise. TV very difficult to use and no channels. Breakfast was terrible friut tasted fermented eggs looked like plastic and i don't know what that sausage was made of. Way over charged for the type of hotel. Parking was terrible had to park in strip mall across the street.

I chose to stay here because I love their pool and hot tub. I was so disappointed that it was closed. If the front desk girl had said something about it being closed when we checked in I would've requested a different hotel. All we got was the ability to "drive" to another hotel several blocks away and use their pool and hot tub. Not the most enjoyable stay.

The property was new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Bathroom and room amenities were very nice. Liked having a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave in the room. A wide and healthy array of hot and cold breakfast choices on sight. Several great restaurant options just across the parking lot. The only minor suggestion I have is that the elevators needed to be vacuumed.

I was staying at this property with my daughter and her family. I had my own room and it was small which was ok for just a single person. It seemed at times the front desk was busy for just one person working it. Breakfast was great and many food options. I was disappointed that there was food business that would deliver to the hotel. I didn't have a car so driving for food wasn't a option for me.
