We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The location was easy to get around to everything that we wanted to see. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly do so next time I’m in New York.

Front Desk Hanna was outstanding. The room described as a King Suite was too small for our liking.

Air condition is working so loudy.this is very disturbing.also the bathroom ventilation is working all the time with a loud.the lift is not enough for the hotel guest.

Stored our luggage before and after checking in and out. Large breakfast selection although crowded. Convenient to Penn station, theaters, Central Park etc. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well as roomy for a hotel in Manhattan.

It is walking distance to Times Square and many other attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Happy hour (5 pm to 6 pm) is something unique about this hotel. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Room was lovely and had fantastic views of The Edge and other beautiful buildings. Lobby a bit busy at times but reception was helpful keeping our luggage. Great location.

The stay was nice The only thing that was negative was that the heater kept disengaging. I had to call for the heating to be reset three times.

room wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time, front desk kept saying it would be ready in 5-10mins until finally got it closer to 5pm. elevator can be long wait time. staff was always nice and friendly. good location near MSG and other landmarks.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful, the security team members were very nice, and the other staff were all super friendly. Dont get in a hurry in the morning while waiting on the elevator. It's super busy so you might have to wait a while.

Room and bathroom small but clean, staff amazing.

Everything there was amazing. The only problem I had was when I went to bed at night the pillows were not the greatest. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Breakfast offering was okay. Downside is everything used is disposable (e.g cups in room, all plates/cutlery at breakfast). Far too much use of plastic!

This property was in a great location! It was a short walk to Penn Station and located in walking distance to everything we wanted to di and see in NYC.

While we were there, another guest at the hotel, would stare at my 23 year old daughter for long periods of time- in the lobby, the elevator, at the bar, etc. Even when I would stare back at him - he didn;'t care. It seemed as if he was always where we were. He would sit by the elevators for an hour at a time, by himself, and watch the young girls. He made us very uncomfortable, but since he didn't actually do anything, we didn't report it. I would not stay there again.

Rooms are small but have everything you need, including a mini-fridge and microwave. There was a bit of a mix-up at check but Hana and the Manager did everything to make it right. Hana was exceptional.

The employees at the hotel were amazing and tried their best to accommodate me the best they could.

The staff in this hotel was absolutely amazing!!!! The only thing I would complain about is the elevator is slow. During busy times (check in, check out, breakfast) you could be waiting a long time. Besides that it was perfect!

Hotel was excellent , the only thing I would say is breakfast area can get very busy and it’s difficult to find a table. They do use all plastic cutlery and plates. Good variety of food available but some other fruit options would be nice

Property generally was great. Staff really lovely. Rooms super tiny but very very clean which in my opinion is far more important. Room was very dark as only had 4 lights and 2 didn’t work. no one replaced/filled the soap/body wash bottles in the shower the entire week we were there and we even had to ask for a replacement toilet roll. Breakfast was VERY busy, the toasters weren’t working and healthy options were non existent, but it was definitely better than nothing and good to even just have a bagel and hot drink to start the day. I think the most frustrating aspect of this hotel is the lifts situation. Only one lift working for the entire hotel at peak time (and in the middle of trying to get all our luggage downstairs our room door battery died, reception couldn’t understand why and just kept trying to reset my key, maintenance couldn’t fix it and in the end they needed an “engineer” to be called in to gain access to our room). It took my nearly an hour and a half to get all our luggage out of our room and downstairs to check out (I tried to do it the night before was told I wasn’t allowed) and being on the 22nd floor, stairs with our suitcases wasn’t an option), HOWEVER- with the location, the cleanliness, the feeling of safety within the hotel and the lovely friendly staff- would we recommend this hotel? Yes I would. And would we stay here again? Absolutely yes, we would.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! Very clean, great location. Breakfast was really good, too.
