Our blanket inside the blanket had what appeared to be blood smears. Terrified my young granddaughter. We couldn’t take towels outside of pool area so had to freeze on way to room (and lots of dripping). Bed was awful! Felt like cheap mattress and hurt my body to lay on it because it was so very hard. Elevator made terrible sound and clunked and doors wouldn’t close all the way. Bell hops were inside the hotel over 200 feet from entrance.

I wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again. For the cost the room was not clean and evening staff couldn’t even provide proper bedding for the pull out sofa bed our kids had to sleep in. We asked for blankets and pillows and we’re informed they didn’t have any. Or sheets for the bare mattress. After finally receiving two pillows we were handed mattress covers for our kids to use as blankets. Not thrilled nor impressed. Payed less for a nicer, cleaner, friendly and helpful hotel.

Lobby was not clean, furniture in lobby was dusty and dirty. Floors were dirty. Room needed a good vacuum and there was toilet paper in toilet that had not been flushed.

The reception area was manned by Janesa sp?. She was pleasant, efficient, and really cared. I couldn’t help noticing that she was overworked in a big way. Although it was obvious that she was very busy and overworked, she continued to help everyone in a pleasant way. Someone else will notice this and offer her a higher paying job - watch out management.

The staff are friendly, accommodating, go above and beyond. My flight was cancelled because of a blizzard. They tolerated my many frantic calls, They came for me at the airport late at night. I felt safe and welcome in a very stressful situation. They were kind to others and treated those who had been stranded several days like family.

While it was not the worst stay, it definitely could have been much better. The beds were far too hard and very little lighting in each room. Overall cleanliness of the room could have used a bit of improvement and the shower kept dripping. The pool was almost unbearably cold and the hot tub was lukewarm without the jets bubbling. We were made aware of hot tub issues when checking in, after the attendant complained about picking up the shift because she was so busy. There was a very nice continental breakfast available of which we all enjoyed and the seating in the lobby was a nice spot to visit by the fireplace. Overall, would stay again if needed but willing to spend a little more to get something a little nicer.

So the place is overall tidy not clean clean. The room had alot to be desired in house keeping it was dirty more or less not filthy but just pure laziness and lack of a good house cleaning.

Unfortunately the maintenance guy quit so a ton of things within the room and the hotel were broken or not operating properly. This was of no fault to the hotel staff but it did affect our stay. It was very hard to see in the bathrooms because many of the lights were out, the showers took nearly 45 minutes each time to even generate warm water and the bathtubs never filled with water which made it impossible to bathe our kids.

At check-in I was unknowingly charged for my room even though I had already paid through hotels.com. I was told he needed my card for incidentals - which is normal and I thought nothing of it. At checkout I asked to be refunded and was told a manager could only do that and to call back when she was there. They also laughed saying the man who checked me in doesn’t know what he’s doing. Took days of me calling to get someone to answer their phone. I was supposedly reimbursed the charge but time will tell if it goes through. There was also hair (pet hair maybe) between the bedding and sheets but I didn’t notice till morning.

We had a very late pick-up from the airport and it was no problem for them. Friendly manager, very nice clean room, and quick easy hot breakfasr.

When I arrived I called 15 times to get the shuttle over a 20 min period and no one answered the phone. Another lady who I was not traveling with called 17 times. This is unacceptable especially at 10:00pm. There is only one person working both desk and the shuttle. My room had a terrible odor. Thankfully I was able to move to another room after the first night. Hotel very convenient to the airport.

We chose this hotel for the hot tub. When we got down there we found the hot tub was cold. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. For brkst i was down there at 730 and there were no biscuits for the gravy. I ginally just went upstairs. There was a lot of people requesting them.

A nice place to stay. Our room was huge and the staff was really nice. Only complaint was there was a chip wrapper in our pull out sofa and the bed sheets on one of the other beds kept ok’ing off. Overall, would stay there again!
