Our stay was amazing. The room was so comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Love the restaurant attached to the hotel as well. Great food and drink options.

Was a great hotel, only 3 blocks from Union Station (easy walk), the rooms were clean and the staff was top notch!

The hotel was nice and where it is situated was perfect for most of the main areas and transportation links
The only down factor was the breakfast situation as you went to a restaurant adjoining and had to pay separately and it was very expensive

Extremely clean, including room, bathroom, lobby/elevators/ hallways, and the pool and pool area. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Good mattress, quiet with just a little street noise at night (4th floor), convenient location.

Amazing place to stay. Next to coorse stadium, and 16th street. Lots of options to eat and dine. Cvs and starbucks all these options in walking distance. Vallet parking was great.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed an early check in at no cost. Pool and workout room was nice and great view. Super close to the baseball field and lots of great places to eat with in walking distance.

The location for downtown was great however the room was dirty. We were given our room and upon trying to take a nap we pulled sheets only to find hair all over the bed as if the sheets were never changed. We asked for the sheets to get changed and after almost an hour someone came to change just the fitted sheet and then realized the rest of the bedding was also dirty had to send someone else later. So no nap was taken because it took them well over an hour to complete the changing of the bed sheets.

The room was as pictured but was not cleaned very thoroughly and the interior could use some updating. The fabrics on the furniture all looked kind of worn down. The comforter had some stains on it but they promptly brought us a clean one. The hair dryer also did not work but again, they brought us a new one. The staff was attentive.

The staff at the front desk are not friendly. They're too busy talking to their co-workers. They are not helpful either. The lights in my room didn't work and they did nothing to fix it. Also, parking is terrible. Either you pay $50 for valet to park in their garage, or park far away. Terrible stay. Won't be staying there again.

I had a great time, but the room was a bit dirty. I noticed the towels had some weird yellow stains and the counters and night stand were dirty and sticky with cup rings all over. Although I must say I slept good because those pillows were really comfortable and I got to wake up to a nice view. With the hotel being in the middle of Denver it was close to everything which made my stay convenient.

My only complaint is the terrible TV serivce. Yes, there was a winter storm but the dish was out almost thge entire time. Why rely on a diush- terrible idera. Please fixthat you are a 5!

It's a nice hotel, friendly staff, central location, stylishly furnished and clean. It's not much of a "garden" inn, it's right next to a little power station and there is no green space. There's a restaurant attached that is closed in the afternoon, and is a little pricy and a little bougie. They never put out a continental breakfast the days we were there, so a little kitchen with some kind of room service or food options would have been nice. Otherwise, a great stay!

The beds are really uncomfortable and the thermostat lights up the room even with a doubled up towel over it. The most important thing is a good night of sleep. Didn't get that.

Really enjoyed our stay in Denver, visiting our son. Stayed 11 nights. Having dinner and lunch at Woodie Fisher was really nice and convenient too

Property is in a good location if you want to be in lower LoDo. Property was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, the pool was cold and our mattress was HARD and uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable enough that we didn’t sleep much. The train runs next to the hotel and you can hear it screeching along the track. Not a terrible hotel, just not what we had expected.

Staff was helpful and well informed on the area to help meet my needs there parking is good for uber bingo to get a lift the restaurant attached was the original fire hall of the area the first one so a slice of history included never did check the pool out but stores and dispensary near by near mass transit

Overall the property was very much okay. There aren’t many good options around, and the only food available at the hotel is through a restaurant attached to the building. Room service only knocked on our door 1 time during our 4 day stay, and never came back. Apparently it’s only be request they come and organize your room, even though our one request was never followed through. Also, we could smell in our room anytime the neighbors had to release themselves through the bathroom. It was rather unpleasant. The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved the view of the mountains.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Inn Denver Union Station. The location is perfect for walking to the train station, Whole Foods, many restaurants... And it was the most reasonable priced hotel in the area. We felt safe at all times of day. The beds are very comfy and staff friendly. Just an overall great experiences. Thanks!

Use the train to get from the airport to downtown Denver and this hotel is within walking distance. For seniors it only cost $1.35 one way. Union Station is b eautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel does have a restaurant, but breakfast is not included. Make sure if you are an honors member you get your free water.

It was a great pick for 3 girls visiting Denver. Room. Was spacious. Shower design could be upgraded but everything was a 10. Staff super friendly!

It was nice to be within walking distance of Ball Arena which is why I was there. The price was great, the room was great, had a nice view. And the restaurants around the area were very high end! It was a great property and the shower especially got warm right away and had amazing pressure.
