This is a great location; close to transportation and plenty of shopping. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was nice enough; the bed a bit firm, but comfortable. The only chair in the room was a massage chair, which was both a plus and a minus; it was nice to have a massage, but it would also have been nice to have a regular chair to sit in while trying to do some work. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. Overall, a positive experience; would likely stay again.

Hotel was central in Dontonbori, close to everything. Docomo Bike Station Rental is only minutes walk away, 7/11 24/7 also minutes walk away. Room has massage chair, beds are comfortable.

It took more than 30 mins for checking in. The staff was not familiar with the terms and conditions of the booking and spent a lot of time in reading them. Besides, the non-smoking room is full of cigarette smell. The staff could not help in sorting out the problem. Disappointed with the poor service.

The staff is not flexible when making alternative request. The housing keeping is not properly carry out. For instance some days use cups are not wash. Table top is not properly clean. The room are small barely can put your normal luggages.

Around 10mins walk from the nearest subway station. The room is not spacious but neat. What I enjoyed most was the massage chair. It really soothed my soul after a whole day walking in the city. Will definitely be an option for my next visit to Osaka.

シングルルームを予約していましたが、広いツインルームにアップグレードしていただきました。ロケーションは高級店が並ぶ道路沿いで、栄えてはいるものの、普段の買い物や食事にはあまり向いていないと感じました。ただ、最寄駅まで徒歩数分なので、駅まで行けば色々なお店があります。お部屋も綺麗で、ネット回線も速かったです。

The location was really good, close to Metro, Shops and Restaurants. The room was a bit of challenge with 2 adults and 2 children (triple bed). I knew it will be small but for one night it will be ok. For more than 1 day it would not had been ok. The staff English is a bit rough but understandable. Everything was spotless clean. Would I stay again, no but just because of the size and layout of the room.

Hotel is relatively new and near Shinsaibashi arcade area. Hollywood twin room is bigger and its toilet bigger. recommended.

The room is smaller than I expected but it was really cleaned that gave me the comfort I wanted. The hotel is located conveniently next to the shopping arcade of Shinsaibashi. Besides the vegetarian lunch buffet in the restaurant at ground floor was great which provided the daily nutrient that I missed in the evening meals.

location, location, location! the very best place to be situated near midu-suji and shinsaibashi. the hotel was new, modern and the bathrooms with very best layout and facilities. rooms could do without the massage chairs which took up extra room space. would definitely stay there again!

Room is bit small but it's like that everywhere in Japan. The location is the best feature for this place. You walk downstairs and all the shops are there. Within 5-7 mins walk to the station so not too bad. I would probably stay here again

The staff of front desk was very rude. When we found we mistakenly booked the room twice on booking.com and Rakuten, she didn’t tell me what to do with my booking with Rakuten and said I couldn’t cancel it by myself and neither she. Then I cancelled the booking myself and when I was going to my room, she went out from the counter and stopped me leaving requesting me to pay for the cancellation fee immediately. I was shocked and I told her I would come back later to pay for the charges as I was going out for dinner soon. Then she asked me to provide the exact time of returning and she even called me when I was having dinner. I think that’s very rude and I planned to pay that day and I won’t escape or avoid charges at the timing of checking out later. I will never stay this hotel again. She was speaking Japanese and I could understand Japanese. I could not feel her respect at all.
