I like everything about the house and the area.

The pictures and current state are NOT THE SAME. If I’m a guest coming from another country or even if I have been here several times before (which I have) -THIS PLACE IS UNACCEPTABLE on so many levels. If I paid less than nothing for this place then I couldn’t complain. Where do I start- cleanest places there are the laundry room and the individual rooms have been kept respectfully neat. The washroom, the kitchen, and the bathroom are dirty, barely cleaned or wiped down (SOAP and water would make a world of difference, presentation is everything). The wall looks like they haven’t been touched by water in years NEVERMIND SOAP. The bathtub is black, the same hand towel has been hanging in the washroom since I got here Monday and I’m writing this review on Friday.LIES – as per your ad. Disinfectant is used to clean the property – why is the tub black then? Even down to the dish tray is nasty. High-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected – the light switches are BLACK original color is cream. The host has a child and I totally understand kids but the toys are all over the place, it feels more like a daycare than a rest spot. Nothing against the host and child, she was nice (it’s not her spot but she is hosting so she is primarily responsible for the upkeep of this place and it’s failing BIG TIME). Get a toy bin or something, especially outside the house. Listen DONT STAY HERE!!! UNLESS UR DESPERATE- NO MORE SPACE TO WRITE MORE!

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A HOUSE with rooms for rent. The owners still live at property with a small Child around strangers. This place is a complete false advertisement i would never stay here again. The bathroom was dirty the towels were dirty the bed had old dingy sheets. Don’t stay here if your not from Jamaica

Someone’s personal house with a small child. Far from a hotel or proper accommodation. Wanted a refund on arrival and were not granted one. We left and booked another hotel. Lost all our money. Thumbs down!

The location could be better. It is not suitable to eateries or public transportation. The room was clean and self-contained. The host/owner was kind, allowed my spouse to use the cell phone charger.
The prices listed were reasonable and certainly draws the eye to the location. However, after calling before booking, only the Business Unit(s) were available. This was at a higher rate. Additionally, the air conditioner is suitably positioned in the photo. However, the additional cost of $20 usd/day is known to travels upon entry to the room. Thankfully a fan was available. However, if staying more than a night and unable to manage heat or the additional cost for air conditioning, consider another location.
