Wonderful location to night market(5min) , morning market(1min). And cafes beside river(1min). very kind staffs.

The bathroom was not clean. Nor was the room cleaned every day.
Great location and easy to get around from there.
They arranged all transport.

Good location very near the Mekong River, close enough to the night market and the main street. Basic, comfortable room, very inexpensive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a suggestion: Don't get the rate that includes breakfast. There are a lot of better places to get a proper breakfast. Overall a nice, comfortable guesthouse stay.

we stayed two nights, booked 2 rooms. room is nice, designed like local houses. very near the town center and market. the staff are so accommodating and helped us in our activities. they also speak english very well so we dont have problem communicating. all our request are attended immediately. definitely we highly recommend this guesthouse

This is a very nice property just half a block or less to the Mekong River. It is relatively quiet. You could occasionally hear other guests but it was not annoying. The guest house reflected a "French Colonial Era" look.
