What a beautiful location! Super convenient to everything.

Although this hotel was a bit further from the centralized location for the great pyramid of Cholula (which was the main point staying here) I felt that out of many of the hotels I stayed in this trip, this was the best bang for the buck. First, this is an incredibly cute (if not cuter than pics showed) and comfy hotel to stay at. The bathroom was super nice and with plenty of hot water. Okay, for the only albeit I would suggest against this hotel if when it gets below 45 degrees here, they don't have any heaters or way of heating up the room. They do provide you with plenty of comfy warm covers, so just keep this in mind. I assume the same goes for in the summer months, but even though global warming has sadly affected this area in terms of temps (not like it was when I was a kid here) the summer nights are always cooler by night thanks to nearby Popo and Itxla, the cool breeze that descends at night. The breakfast and coffee here is very satisfying. I just thought this place was an overall gem for the price.

We received such great and friendly service, I just wish we had planned to stay more days.
The hosts/ owners were so accommodating, interesting and out-right amazing.
The place is decorated and designed with an eye for comfot, style and tradition.
I wish them success.

This place was really nice. Breakfast was good. Parking is available but it’s across the street and there is a small charge. But there is street parking available if you don’t want to pay. I just payed for it to be safe. The owner I assume was super nice and friendly you can tell she really wants you to have a good experience. I will say that one of the employees wasn’t the friendliest. She wasn’t rude or anything, bot not necessary welcoming. She did her job got things done, but i feel like in a hospitality environment you have to at least fake it jajajja. Again she wasn’t rude, and the place was great, but she could just be a little more enthusiastic when working with guests.

The staff and garden area was nice, but the room we got was very basic, not the “luxury” king as stated in the add. We had a leaking toilet which left a mess on the floor even after they attempted to fix it, the room was damp and cool, no heat or air movement, the toilet had an angled wall in front of it making very difficult to sit down, the roof beams are low as are the doorways, being over 6’ tall, I constantly hit my head. It was also very noisy from the above units. If you’re shorter than 5’10”, it may work for you, but not for me.

Super clean property, very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and just what we needed—eggs, toast, cereal, fruit. Our room was beautiful and had its quirky little things that made it unique. The bed was oh-so-comfortable! They definitely don’t use your grandma’s old linen. Parking is literally across the street and it’s 100 pesos a night, which you pay at the front desk with your reservation. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We were very pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend!

Muy atento personal, el estacionamiento es un poco incomodo esta ubicado a poca distancia pero de difil maniobra por su espacio. La habitacion muy comoda y la ubicacion buena para conocer el centro de Cholula

So pretty inside and friendly staff. Would be perfect but so cold inside room and never got hot water :(...would be amazing place in warmer months and would recommend it for then but in winter i had to sleep with all my clothes on and without a shower :(...other than that it was great, full breakfast in morning and super clean room and grounds which is great especially during pandemic. Felt safe here for sure

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. A few blocks from the square and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel 100%. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice new property, excellent location, very good staff. Unfortunately the only night we stayed there was some sort of family/friends gathering that proved fairly loud for all the rooms above until almost 11pm.
