Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fully stocked. Room was clean. Kids forgot toothbrushes and a few things (surprise!) but they provided complimentary items for them. Excellent. Would stay here again.

Booked a room that claimed sleeps 4. It has one king bed. No pullout couch, or couch at all, couldn't even get a roll away.

Overall decent stay. Had to swich switch rooms because we found a blood stain on the sheets, and the mattress was HEAVILY soiled! During a second night, the hotel ran out of face towels. Despite those issues, I would stay at the hotel again.

Lobby was perpetually dirty. Breakfast offerings were meager - we expect a wafflemaker at Hamptons and while there was a station for it, there wasn't a wafflemaker. Were not given towels for all 4 guests. Bath gel was out; had to request extras.

10 days after staying here I am now dealing with a bed bug infestation. I wish I could turn back time and not stay here.

Would give 5 stars , but we had issues with getting towels for the entire stay. We were only given towels for one person. They couldn’t give us face towels.

The front desk personnel were very friendly, food was good but the carpet in the hallways were not vacuumed, they were also lacking certain things such as change for the laundry and deodorant. The gym could invest in some basic attachments for the cable machine such as v-bar, rope, curl bar and straight bar. Simple things that would not require a large monetary investment but would enhance the experience. These are small things that could improve the hotel greatly.

I liked that it had an indoor pool. Water was cold as expected I mean it was November. Breakfast was good. It wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. But overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay.

Great staff. From the front desk to morning breakfast and cleaning crew. Friendly and greeted with smiles. Best breakfast and visiting area, would be great for teams. 2 Waffle makers, cheese omeletts, breakfast potatoes and sausage as part of the hot options, but muffins, cereal and fruit offered. Very affordable. My only complaint are the pillows. Uncomfortable, but if I would have brought my own pillow, I would have slept great!

The pool was freezing cold. It was so cold no one lasted longer than 5 minutes in the water. It was extremely disappointing as we picked the hotel because it had a pool. The pool also appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a while, which was surprisingly because the rest of the hotel appeared clean and well maintained.

Checking in was smooth and easy. Our room was large and smelled clean. Room looked brand new. It was quite the first night. In the morning at 9am we went down to breakfast. They had cheese omelettes, sausage and breakfast potatoes. As well as two waffle irons to make mini Belgian waffles. Second night a bunch of kids checked in for some soccer / hockey event. They were teenagers but acted like toddlers in the hallways. Running and screaming. Loud music was playing in the room next to us but they had enough courtesy to turn it off by 11pm. Second moring we went down same time. 9 am. No sausage, no potatoes and no waffles. Only thing hot were western omelettes ( yuck ). No cleaning service so had to ask for extra towels at the front desk. Our room phone wouldn’t call the front desk. I asked for a couple extra pillows and was told they were out. Didn’t think we’d ever stay here again. Proximity to what we wanted was too far away.

In the search bar when I picked filter I put hot tub. There was no hot tub so I only stayed one day someone threw up around the pool area so we left that was the end of the pool in the morning. The pancake maker wasn’t working then they decided to fix it at 9am almost time to close breakfast..

Overall, on par with other Hampton inn properties. Surrounding area includes stadium, convenience store, fast food, etc. It was close and convenient to the Radius which is why we stayed. Room was clean, check-in was quick and painless. Breakfast was ok, fresh waffles when the teens were messing it up lol. Could use more fruit and veg options but was hot and fresh. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if the reason arose.
