the shower wasn't fully clean; there was a hair in there and thats all you need to icky. and I could tell some of the surfaces were not recently cleaned due to dust settled. and when I was trying to make my breakfast plate, the agent kept cleaning in front of me. I appreciate the maintenance and tidiness but just give me a moment to get out the way and dont follow me to the next station please.

This hotel was clean and quiet. 11 minutes away from six flags, about 30 from heart of Dallas. The breakfast is okay, so if you’re a hotel breakfast type of person just a heads up. The beds are also firm, but not terribly uncomfortable. I overall give this place 5/5 stars! Staff was friendly, The room was clean, the shower was nice, loved the bathroom lighting. No complaints! Just a couple tiny things that were more so personal opinions from me (:

The hotel was good; however, the clerk at the check-in was ver unprofessional! He wouldn’t acknowledge the customers that would come in and every time we went out; he was chatting with someone on the phone. He had them on speaker phone and you could her talking! Definitely the wrong person to be checking people!

From the moment I walked in it was welcoming. Very very nice and clean all around. Room was great and very clean. Much better experience from the Fairfield inn in Mansfield Texas. I will definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the mattresses weren't comfortable. Need pollow to, otherwise very nice hotel, convenient to stadium. And amazing hot water!

It was very clean and quiet. Accessible to I-20 and surrounding shops/entertainment. Kudos to the staff, I left my new AirPod Pros in the room after checkout and they held them until my friend could pick them up.

The property was nice and beautiful - well decorated. The room was very clean except we were missing a few towels and facial tissue. Called the front desk as we were told the hotel is open 24 hours and after a few minutes, no answer. The next morning we went to the front desk and asked for towels and facial tissues and the man asked, if we needed them now, to which I replied, yes that would be great. He handed everything over begrudgingly as the two ladies behind him stared at us rudely. Went to breakfast at 8 am (started at 7 am) and there were no eggs or coffee. The next day was better as there was someone there managing the dining area. The place is nice and in a great location but the hospitality staff needs some major help.

This was a great stay with a small commute to AT&T stadium. It was very crowded for breakfast but there are other options in driving distance. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only one Tv was working but we were appreciative for the upgrade. Will definitely stay again.

The assistant general manager was incredibly welcoming and assisted in our stay at a level I haven’t seen before. As someone who runs a business, I was very impressed at how personable and accommodating he was. 5 stars.

This seems like a little thing but the shower curtain was very short and didn’t reach into the tub so water went all over the bathroom floor - made for slippery condition :-/ I mean couldn’t they figure that out when installing the curtain?!? Come on … step up your game! It’s those little things that count in my book!

The check in was quick and easy. Having store was very nice to have for some quick snacks. The room is one of the best I e been in. Only negative I can say is the breakfast was lacking, needs more choices.
