Love this hotel would definitely recommend it and stay again. We stayed 4 nights. Our 1st room, on 3rd floor faced the highway and was noisy with no view. Asked for a room change and were given a really quiet, nice room on top floor. Staff was very professional, and friendly. Both rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Area was quiet at night, but only 10-15 minute walk to lively night life. Transit statsteps from hotel and good coffee shop a couple doors away.

It will be perfect if the TV is a smart TV.

Wonderful staff — my home in Tokyo! My one suggestion— would have liked a bathrobe. The pyjamas were not the size for westerners.

The hotel looks lovely, staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are a very good size for Tokyo and there are restaurants within walking distance or Ginza is 2 train stops away. Unfortunately, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, they are beyond firm there is no give in this mattress at all. They made sleep challenging 2 rooms 4 guests all agreed.

Very helpful staff, went above and beyond to make check in easy, and also help locate lost luggage from a previous hotel. Very friendly, and easy to communicate with as an English speaker with limited Japanese.

A small and charming hotel conveniently located especially if one has business with the Government. The staff could not be more helpful and the property is well appointed. A top recommendation

A perfect stay at The Kitano Hotel - the area is quiet and peaceful, conveniently located by the metro to travel to central areas like Ginza and Shibuya.
Our room was huge and comfortable, staff were very friendly and spoke good English.

Great staff service location. One of my favourite hotel in Tokyo

Excellently located and well run boutique hotel in heart of Tokyo’s political sites. Wonderful restaurants and lounges on site, also conveniently located for nearby cultural and culinary attractions. Friendly staff and all the amenities needed for a fun and productive time in Tokyo.

It was very comfortable and amazing. Near the subway, it’s easy to return after a long and cold day out. Staff are also friendly and can speak good English.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Generous amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Location is very central but in government area so not a lot to do in immediate vicinity but super easy access to metro. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel is conveniently located super close to the subway station and a 7/11 lawson convenience store which was a huge plus.
The hotel itself is very nice and clean and built with elegant taste. The staff was also super helpful. The manager gave us an upgrade since we were there to celebrate our anniversary so we ended up staying at this over 60 square meters suite which is just amazing and quite impossible in tokyo for this price. The amenities were also great!
Would definitely come back when we visit tokyo again and recommend to everyone!

Gorgeous well maintained property in a quiet area. Excellent service. Spacious rooms with everything you could need. The only drawback is the quiet area aspect .... not many places to eat in easy walking distance. On the other hand, there is a metro station just steps from the front door so you have access to the whole city!!

Staff seems to be courteous but didn’t go out of their way to show welcome and assistance. Room is tiny compared to Tokyo Check-in is at the top floor so u have to drag luggages and then down to ur room. No busboy available. Hard for aged people and handicapped. Kind of disappointed for the price u pay to stay

Really nice hotel. In a business neighborhood. But the beds were literally as hard as a board. Very odd. Everything else was nice.

We stayed at the Kitano for two nights. The staff were all very polite and nice and made us feel very welcome.
The room was the perfect size for a couple and very quiet. A kettle and Nespresso machine, mini bar/fridge, and everything you need.
Excellent location for convenience stores, and transport:
Would recommend if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle!

Located in the central Tokyo where you can take the train station to anywhere easily. I love the room provides all the daily items you need. The hotel atmosphere feels peaceful. I would to stay here when I’m in Tokyo again!

Stayed twice in August! Immaculate room service and luxury. Thanks.

Great staff and wonderful property. My only issue was my inability to use all the facilities. The rooftop lounge seemed to be closed almost my entire visit. Tried to book a spa treatment and was unable even though the spa appeared to be closed. Made a dinner reservation and when Attempted to change the time was informed I didn't have a reservation after making it the prior day with the front desk.

Great service and friendly staff. Super clean and very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Like that it has a laundry mat for self-service. Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference.

First time visiting Tokyo with my daughter and Kitano made our trip so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more from the staff and the property. They let us store our bags for one night while taking a day trip to Hakone. We highly recommend and would definitely come back! in the future!

Gorgeous hotel and extremely kind staff that is eager to help even after you check out. Location is great, just a minute walk to a subway station. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, amenities were extensive and made our stay even more comfortable. The only downside to the hotel was that our mattress was not comfortable at all. It was very stiff (if you like rock solid mattresses this is the bed for you lol). The food at the hotel was also delicious. Would definitely stay again.
4.0
The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel was clean with excellent breakfast and great location in proximity to many subway lines. However, the hotel is a little short on amenities. Would have liked a gym or workout room. Also, the room configuration was very strange. Our room had sight lines straight from the bedroom area to the shower. There was no separate partition between the shower and the beds. Something the hotel should consider installing.

Clean and modern hotel. Bathroom was large with shower and tub. Comfortable stay with roomy accommodations
3.0
The room is spacious and staff are very helpful. The location may not be so central but it is close to one of the underground rail and it is very convenient. The only hiccups was the hotel did not prepare the extra bed for the 3-people room on our first night. But I am not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or Hotels.com.

Complimentary mini bar and Japanese style breakfast are great. Staff all went out of their way ti make sure our stay was comfortable.
