The staff was very helpful and friendly, but our room was not clean. There were several carpet stains, boogers on the wall, bright red hair in the shower, and dirty hand prints on the window and a/c. Not sure if we’ll stay again, but again, the staff was super kind.

Easy check in, very clean and friendly front staff!

Very large suite with walk-in closet, convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hotels.com nor does SpringHill disclose they hit you with a hidden $10 + tax per day parking fee to park in a normal parking lot. This is a joke, just like the scam tips many beg for now and try to intimidate you into a tip.

Nice hotel in good area

The hotel is okay, breakfast is average, I don’t like the layout of these rooms with the bathroom on the side of the room with the glass door. We also had constant issues with our tv not connecting to Netflix. But worst of all, the hotel charges for parking. $10 a day. This should not be the case. The hotel is not in a busy downtown area and there is plenty of parking. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great room. Clean and up to date. Decided to book a second night. Beds are very comfortable.

Great hotel with modern decor throughout. Breakfast had good options. Friendly staff. The parking for $10 was silly as this hotel is not in a metropolis where people are searching for parking for other establishments.
Cleaning staff missed someone else’s hairs but other than that, it was amazing!!
10.0
The room was very clean. The breakfast was a real breakfast not just cold cereal. So the accommodations were excellent.
However the staff at the front desk were not professional (one smelled very strongly of weed almost couldn’t be in the lobby it was so strong) and others looked like they just got out of bed.
We would absolutely stay here again but the staff were not on the same level as the accommodations

We were assisted by Alicia or a woman by a similar name when we made our reservation and checked in. She is a rock star! Great service, polite, kind, helpful and professional. She is a wonderful asset to this property and deserves to be recognized. Beyond that, we loved our room, the bed and the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. The only negative was that the barn door at the foot of the bed to the bathroom has opaque glass that FILLS the bed area with bright light if someone uses the bathroom when another is sleeping. Would stay here again for sure.

Front desk workers were kind and helpful. They assisted me when I needed to set up a Lyft driver.

Some, not all, of the front desk staff did not seem interested in their work or knowledgeable about some questions. I also did not understand why there was a $10/night parking fee in an area that has plenty of space on and off property.

We travel frequently and this hotel by far has the worst customer service we've ever experienced anywhere in US. In airing to our and lazy staff who are not interested in doing anything other than gossiping with each other, they have hidden fees at every corner from charging parking fee per day per car including visitors. The breakfast while we didn't have high expectations with free buffet breakfast, this also was the most disgusting food we've ever been served at a hotel.
Lights not working in room, blood stains on bedding, bodily fluids on couch and trundle bed and we had to hunt down towels, toilet paper and anything that should have been provided in room.
Our experience was so bad that this is the last time we will ever stay at a Marriott hotel and we will be closing our travel account and card with this company.
Our suggestions, stay anywhere else but here.

The property or area around the property wasn't the problem. The problem was the hotel and how our first room looked like someone had already occupied the room before we got there. There was used towel on one bed and other bed looked like someone had been lying in it. There was also an empty pizza box in the room. The second room had a refrigerator full of old moldy food in it literally 5-6 containers of old food. Not impressed and will not be using this hotel again on my regular visits to Colorado Springs.

Easy check in process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable & was as advertised.
Guest laundry was convenient.
Being charged $10/day for parking when we didn’t have a car & Uber’d all week seems a bit greedy. Easy walk to many places to eat. Walls/doors not very sound proof so it can be a bit noisy. Keep in mind this hotel allows Dogs, the room next to us left their dog in their room alone for hours & all it did was bark the entire time. (Not the fault of the hotel or staff, but thought I’d mention incase you didn’t realize this). Overall good place to stay for the week.

Two of my four nights were sleepless, due to excessive noise in the courtyard area. Night manager would not do anything about it even with the drunks going to 1:30am!!!

Room was newer and sofa area was nice. My allergies were very bad and assumed first couple nights is was extra pollen in the air. Upon checkout found out 1st and 2nd floor allows for pets. I am very allergic to cats and dogs and so was likely staying in a room that had pets on the 2nd floor. I would have appreciated knowing this upon checkin.

For the cost, I didn't expect to have to pay for parking. This was a first for me.

I would differently come back. I only wished that the front desk was able to extend my stay in or person rather then telling me to do it online.

Great property, new and very convenient

The staff was friendly & helpful with questions. When our tv was not working, they assisted immediately & we’re able to fix the issue. The breakfast had many options, including non-dairy milk. We are staying here every time we visit Colorado Springs.

The beds were hard amd very uncomfortable. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and made a very loud noise making it hard to rest. The breakfast was very limited on choices.

Watch out for the daily parking fee. It's not mentioned at check-in, on the check-in paperwork or by signage in the car park. Apparently it's mentioned on the hotel's website, but why would you look at that when booking on hotels.com?

I liked nothing about my stay...in 30 years of traveling this was probably the worst experience. The Asst GM, Jennifer, is rude, condescending, and makes up "upcharges" on a whim. This claims to be a pet friendly hotel, but not even close, and a significant fee per night for parking. The only bright spot was Chad, but Jennifer overpowered him and rudely barked orders. Jennifer walking away during our conversation and laughed at me as she did, mumbling something about "submitting a ticket"...whatever that means. AVOID THIS HOTEL!! There are too many good options around here to waste your money on this hotel and their crazy random polices and upcharges.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Elevators are a little slow.

There were some damaged items we let the front desk staff know about - broken bathroom lock, trundle bed we wouldn’t have even known was there, had it not been sticking out, and divider glass sliders.
Aside from those items, it was all comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful.
We enjoyed chatting with staff the night we checked in.
The hotel is as in a good location and a good night’s sleep.
