While location is great, room was okay at best. Phone broken, bath tissue holder was ripped out of wall, shampoo, etc were not filled. Shower curtain smelled of mildew. Breakfast was okay, but pancake machine was out of order.

We were scheduled to stay here for 17 days while visiting family, but on the 9th night at 2:30 in the morning there was a fire in one of the rooms. Everyone had to find new accommodations because there was water damage to one area of the hotel. Despite this incident, I’d recommend this place. Rooms are spacious and modern. They have a great gym area with nice equipment. Breakfast is your typical eggs & sausage, cereal, fruit and pastries.

Electrical failure issue, fire event has to leave room at 2am 1-20-24 stayed at parking lot until 4am when fire department let us walk for our stuff, hope we get a refund, only used the room for about 3hrs

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The digital control for the heat was pixelated and was impossible to read/adjust.

Overall stay was good, beds are hard and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Did not get any sleep because of the bed and pillows.

Check in was super easy and quick. However, when we got to our room, we had a hige issue with it being cleaned. We were immediately moved to another room that was not good either. The front desk clerk called the manager and thry did a great job accommodating us. While it was inconvenient and disappointing, they did everything to make sure we were good. Our 3rd room was perfect.

Upon check-ln, I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When they did show up they were rude, beligerent and incompetant. I've stayed there at least10 times in the past. Never staying there again. There are too many other hotels in the area to put with being treated that way.

This is the third time we have stayed at this facility, came back the next day and no room service had been completed. Informed front desk and only at that time did they say that room service had to be requested on sold out weekends. We were not informed of that upon check-in.

Everything was excellent except breakfast, breakfast time was till 9.30 but most of the items were gone by 8.45, no once cared to refill them, lot of people were waiting for breakfast but were disappointed. It happened for two days straight out of 3 days we lived there.

There were no towels in our room. My husband has to go downstairs and request for some. There was shampoo but no conditioner. They did not stay on top of the coffee at breakfast. I had to ask them to make some more because it was empty. The coffee in our room was only decafe. Over all I was a little disappointed in our stay.

We had an issue where they put an additional hood for a random amount (108.12). No one could tell what it was for and I had to wait for it to fall off. I wish it had EV charging as well.

The hotel room and common areas were not clean. Called for housekeeping and they were not available for 2 nights. We had no towels when we entered the room and the floor was not vacuumed. I am very disappointed.
