I had a great stay! I was in town for a baseball tournament. The hotel was very nice and clean. Very well located. Will definitely stay again!

It is a clean hotel and the rooms are simple but nice. The walls are pretty thin though so I heard people running up and down the hallways above me all night.

Overall good. Clean and almost new. Friendly staff. Fresh ground/brewed coffee 24/7! Pet friendly. Location ok. No highway noise. The only negatives were the mediocre breakfast and poor sound insulation from the floor above. The egg bites the 1st day were gross but the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches the 2nd day were hot and fresh. The price was great!

Very clean and nice hotel. Nothing fancy but practical, comfortable and affordable. Nice grab and go breakfast and the ability to get coffee or hot chocolate/tea 24/7 was very nice. Felt like I got a great hotel for the price.

Perfect stay! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Only thing that I could even recommend would be better pillows, but that wasn’t a huge deal! We stay here quite often for baseball tournaments and will continue to do so.

We only stayed for one night. It was an easy check in front desk person was kind. The hotel was very quiet which was a great thing. The construction around the area is the only thing I did not like (which the hotel has no control over)

This is a new hotel. Rooms were nice, bed great, bathroom upscale. Great lobby and with plenty of amenities. Quiet hotel . Staff was very courteous and helpful. I’ll stay here again.

Our first time at an Avid. It was nice…staff, room, clean, comfy, new. Nothing fancy, but everything we look for. The coffee machine that ground the coffee for every cup was a plus. Did not eat breakfast, rooms do not have coffee maker or microwave, but not necessary for us! Breakfast room was nice though.

BOOK THIS HOTEL NOW‼️ Best budget friendly hotel I have EVER stayed in hands-down! And I have stayed in some very nice hotels and at all price points . Check-in was a breeze! Hotel was immaculate. I’ve finally learned to go by what the reviews say and NOT what the pictures look like when booking through Hotels.Com. The reviews I read prior to booking this place are spot on. This hotel is VERY clean. Looks brand new Beds are extremely comfy (I slept like a baby). You can even bring your pets although the place did not smell at all like they allow animals on the property! Beautiful decor . Friendly staff! Hot coffee and breakfast! What more could you ask for?

Check in was very easy and only took a few minutes. I was greeted with a smile and all my questions were answered respectfully. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, which is rare in a hotel these days. This was one of the best stays that I have had in a while. I wish I could have stayed longer!! Way to go staff!!

The lady at the Front desk was super welcoming on our arrival 10/15. Very warm welcome. Room was very clean and no complaints. I would definitely book here again when traveling.

The hotel was a great place to stay with clean accommodations and friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast had a lot of options, but I needed a sack, tray, or something to carry things back to my room. Overall a good experience!
