Easy check-in with room being ready upon arrival and was clean. Breakfast was good both days. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice

We booked a last minute stay here for our family and it was wonderful! The lady working the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time! Our room was ready and clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. Overall, very happy!

This was the most clean Holiday Inn I have stayed at. I would definitely return. Only complaint would be that the pool towels were not replaced from the previous night when a lot of kids used what they had.

Certainly not an 8 out of 10. The room was not as clean as it could have been- the walls were dirty and the bathtub had mildew in it, the bathmat in the shower too. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

It was great. I did however spill some water on the carpet. I used a white towel to sop it up and that's when I realized how dirty the carpet was. The towel was very dirty from sopping up the water

They opened breakfast early for us due to an early swim meet. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am but we had to leave the hotel around 6:30 so they opened up at 6:00 to make sure our swimmers were able to eat before their meet. Thank you!

We liked the stay for the fact it was clean, attractive, and close to dining options.
The best thing here is the staff. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good. The front desk people are the ones who can make or break a review. In this case, both pm and am staff were stellar.

We had a quick overnight stay here, so we didn’t have a chance to check everything out. But the rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of hot and cold items. And the front desk service was very helpful and friendly! Would stay here again.

Ac wouldn't turn off, free breakfast too little selection, pancake maker broken, sausage like cardboard, egg white vege omlet inedible, common areas clean, room was not.

These hotels are always reliable on our roadtrips of the US. Clean, comfortable beds, great pillows and linens. Elkhart branch was really quiet which was great and Glen who worked in the breakfast area, is a great person. He went out of his way to take care of us, really impressed by him.

First time in a Holiday Inn in Along time and so pleasantly surprised. The desk help was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the Kurig and the Dove soap products, and the configuration of the bathroom. There was a first class breakfast. Wish the towels were thicker but that seems impossible to find on the road. Will certainly look for Holiday Inn Express in the future.

One room to hot. Switched to another room air was way to cold and would net shut off. I was told to inplug and plug back in again to reset. I did but had to set at 78 and it was still way yo cold. They have AC issues that need to be attended to. They also told me I was the only guest that had this issue but I also heard and other family discussing how warm their room was so that was not the case. The property was clean but maintained issues on AC need to be addressed.

Very nice place, clean and in good order both the hotel itself and the room. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and convenient, very comfortable beds.

It was a great room, plenty of room to move around, nice shower. I would use a different cleaner to get the orange out of the shower like something with bleach in it. That’s we use at home and it works great.
Man at front desk later afternoon was very nice as was the lady in the morning upon checkout. We will be back.

We had a great stay in Elkhart, IN Friday night. The hotel was clean, price was fair, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. We will return. Loved our dinner at the Chubby Trout nearby!
